   We recently stayed at the gothic mansion as a group of friends. The mansion is really stunning and set back from the road with good security & CCTV. The booking process was a little complicated and difficult at times however the property and owners were fantastic. The kitchen is in the basement, which is unorthodox but it's well equipped and large. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were all really nicely decorated. The entire place feels very grand yet has modern touches which were appreciated. The most stunning room is the dining room which opens up into another room just as large. For our stay we had extra tables and chairs in there. The WiFi was alright but spotty at times, however alot of people / devices were using it at once so this could explain the strain on it. The owners gave a guided tour to explain everything and were very friendly. They were happy to accomodate any requests given beforehand and they even let us know about an event going on in the park which was kind of them. Overall I'd say this place is a fantastic destination for large groups / events and would come again given the opportunity.

   Our time at the Gothic Mansion was just amazing! We visited from Miami, Florida and were told we won the contest of being the smallest party to ever stay there; two of us. There were so many beautiful bedrooms to choice from and many rooms to enjoy. The trip was for my birthday vacation and I wanted nothing more than to stay in a spectacular location and take photos. We stayed for two days and took photos in several of the rooms. I truly enjoyed the dining room and think that is where we captured some of our best work there. The location was perfect for us to explore Bristol and the mansion itself was a wonderful blend of old and new. The bathrooms and areas were very modern and convenient while the other areas of the mansion kept its rich history in the woodwork and decorations. This mansion is the perfect destination for anyone looking for special getaway. Our visit will live in our memories forever and the photos will always remind us of our amazing time. We will be back and will be certain to bring more friends next time. I highly recommend this location for an unforgettable occasion.

   Quirky, spacious and reasonably priced and well located accommodation. We stayed with a group of 22 and there was plenty of bedrooms and a good entertaining area. The kitchen could do with some TLC and needs another oven and dishwasher to make catering easier. Overall a great venue for a group meet up, be it with family or friends. Helpful during the booking process and on arrival.

   We stayed as a large group at the Gothic Mansion for New Year and it was absolutely fantastic. Misha was very welcoming and showed me round her amazing home when we first arrived. It was perfect for our large group and we had some wonderful dinners around the long dining room table. The bedrooms were wonderful and the beds very comfortable. Location-wise, the mansion is very convenient for the supermarket. We didn't go to any pubs as we were so happy in the house but there is a good selection of pubs, restaurants and cafés in the local area. Highly recommend.

   Outstanding luxury. Amazing marble bathrooms. Huge banquet hall, lounge and Kitchens. Perfect for large family milestone birthdays and reunions. Set in large grounds and with its own onsite car parking facilities. A couple of minutes drive from the City Centre. This is the best large group accommodation in the South West.

   We have always gone away with our extended family at least once a year and this is a repeat visit for us. We have had difficulty finding a property suitable to host a large group such as ours. The Gothic Mansion has not only got space but charm and character too. We absolutely love spending time together here and the children never want to leave. The owners are both pleasant and responsive and have done an amazing job of renovating this beautiful building to a very high standard. We cant wait to return

   I made a return visit to the mansion for a business workshop. The mansion has lots of facilities and was perfect for our team building exercise. In the evening we were also able to have a home cooked meal together, in the main dining room. We are coming back later in the year.

   35 extended family members visited the mansion for a 70th birthday last May. It was the most memorable experience. The mansion was enchanting. The owners were friendly and really helpful. We would completely recommend the Mansion. It is fabulous for large family gatherings, especially when we were able to all eat together around 2 huge tables.

   Perfect for large families such as ours. This place oozes character and charm. You will keep wanting to return! For those of you, like us, who do yearly reunions. We have booked it again for later this year. We have now made our family reunion at The Gothic 3 years running! I think that says it all really. Highly recommended
