Basic, but comfortable and clean. Perfect for an overnight stay before or after a flight. Easy walk to and from terminal, or very reasonably priced shuttle available (£7 per room).
Stayed here for an overnight stay as flying out of Bristol early next morning. Room was very clean, bed was comfy and the cereal was a really nice touch. Also had a transfer to and from the airport which was easy and efficient. overall a really great experience and would recommend to anyone wanting a hotel near the airport. Thanks!!
Our trip was cancelled to Amsterdam. So I found this humble place, and a gentlemen George helped us with a humble room. We got milk, cereals, tea, coffee, and biscuits.George was lovely and very helpful. Our room was clean and tidy. We decided to stay another extra day, because of the warm welcome we had. Also bus links are available to travel.
This is a very well-loved yet tired Motel. This is not a Hotel as name says. With that in mind.... It was clean. Water was hot. Good breakfast. Staff was excellent. Location was easy from Bristol airport. My flight came in after midnight and staff waited for me. Do not use Google maps to find this. It will make you walk extra steps Ask airport staff... It is an old building...but looks like owners are doing a great job refurbishing it. ...and I have to add this... The room service maid was nice and very pretty.
Fantastic location for Bristol Airport and very affordable given its location. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The only negative is the rooms are not very soundproof and you can hear guests on adjoining rooms quite clearly. Not so much of an issue for us, but as we were leaving the hotel at 4am for our flight, I imagine we inadvertently disturbed guests in neighbouring rooms. Would definitely stay again if flying from Bristol in the future.
Great place to stay if your flying from Bristol safe place to leave your car drop off and collect from airport costs £5 each way as they have to pay to get in and out of drop off and pick up area think the lad who checked us in and took us to airport and picked us up again is called Ben brilliant lad so helpfull and goes out of his way to make sure you are OK 2 negatives first mattress wasn't comfy lol and road noise which is not their fault but now I know you can request a room away from the road please if you read other reviews where people slate this place I for one can say we had no problems lovely service safe place would definitely book again thank you forge accommodation and Ben
It is what it is!!!! We only stayed as we arrived early morning at Bristol Airport. Needed a quick stop/sleep before a long drive home. They were there waiting for us a we left the airport. 15 mins we were tucked up in bed. Very basic, but very convenient as its close to the airport, and where we parked our car. Thanks.
Don't get all the negative reviews. It's a Motel and a perfect stop over before or after a flight at Bristol Airport. We had issues with our flight, but communication was first class throughout the process. Bed was really comfortable and the room was nice and clean. If you are wanting to use it a a pre or post flight stop over, the Forge is perfect.
Lovely clean comfy room, plenty of towels selection of cereals tea/coffee , They stayed up late for me to show me to my room, perfect place to stay as only 2 mins from airport. Great value for money, will definitely use again.
The rooms were very small. No room for even a bedside light. No connection to the internet in our room. Bathroom door wouldn't close. No evidence of sound proofing. Doubt if the stairway meets fire regulations. Poor value for money even at the prices they charge. Only positive - it was possible to walk to Bristol airport.
