Cold and noisy. Heating was on only one night in three, and I had to sleep clothed. A faff to pay and get the key in. No staff present. Slamming of doors in the night. Kept awake by one geust who was screaming on the phone at midnight. He then fell asleep, outside my room after smoking and drinking inside, and left the TV on full volume. I had to get up at 2am to deal with it. On the plus side, it was clean.
