Hello, extremely disappointing! Just about heard a hello from the waitress then got taken to are seats, had are order placed and was served in a reasonable time, did not get asked once during the meal if i would like a refill on are drinks or if everything was okay ( staff non existent when food came and a point i would like to add that it was only my table for two and a table of four that were being used!) when table of four paid and left the staff member was more interested in cleaning the empty table than check we were okay and finished when we were already finished are dinner, when she came towards eventually i asked for the bill finally got a response of βno worriesβ. 60 seconds later she came with the bill and card machine, didnt get once of βhow was your meal and how was the experienceβ (which we know was poor!). when card action was complete she just gave me the receipt put it on the table and just walked off without even saying βthank you for coming/enjoying your meal hope to see you again soonβ she just walked off with the biggest strop on. I have taken photo and video of evidence that shows no staff around and customers! I will not be returning unless you can show proof that you can get your staff in line with good customer service.

Recently dined at TGI Friday and unfortunately, Our experience was less than satisfactory. While the food was okay, the service was incredibly slow. It took a whopping 20 minutes just for someone to come and take our order, and another 45 minutes for our food to arrive. Throughout the meal, no one checked in on us to see if we needed anything, and I had to ask the waiter three times for the bill. Even then, it wasn't until I stood up and started walking towards the exit that the waiter rushed over to process the payment. It's evident that the issue lies in the shortage of staff, as this experience repeated itself during my subsequent visit. While I understand that challenges can arise, waiting over two hours for a small meal is unacceptable. Regrettably, I will have to think twice before considering another visit.

Booked in advance today for my birthday. Unfortunately when we got in there was no one at the front desk, so we wandered in. No one at the bar, wandered about. Two members of staff singing happy birthday and they rushed off to the kitchen after, leaving the floor completely empty and us wandering until my husband went towards the kitchens to call for someone. After that though, service was fantastic. Felt we waited quite a long time for food, but it was nice when it arrive, not very hot (strangely the plates were hot but not the food), but tasty. The place could have done with a good cleaning. There was a lot of stickiness around probably because servers only have time to wipe things down at best, but the tables were definitely overdue a good clean. Honestly the staff friendliness was the best part and the cocktails were quite nice. Music was not too loud, we could hear eachother talk. And the vibe was fairly cheery. Would go again.

Not been to this TGIs before. But was craving a rack of ribs. Was greeted and seated quickly. Drinks orders and the starter of Mac and cheese balls came out quickly. These were tasty but didnβt understand a cold cheese sauce with a hot Mac and cheese ball. Onto the mains. Ordered the full ultimate rack of ribs and sesame chicken. I asked if the ribs were big and was told they are huge and only go for them if you are really hungry. After 30 minutes of waiting we asked the waiter if it will be much longer. We were told the food was sent back as it was unacceptable to serve and it would be another 5 minutes. No one came to tell us this it was only mentioned when we asked. The food took another 20 minutes to arrive. It was tasty but the ribs werenβt as big as it was made out to be. I was still hungry after. The staff who served us apologised many times for the delay. I would go back as the food was nice.

How did I miss this place inspite of this amazing place being just 20 mins drive from home??? Wow!!! Just loved their burgers- my kids were all over it. I enjoyed the chicken with sesame seeds- finger licking delicious. The ambiance was fabulous- it gives the real American feel and the portion sizes were great too. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The only downside is that the service was super slow and some of the items that were ordered came quite late - they can definitely do with a bit more faster service. The taste of the food , friendly staff and the ambiance definitely deserves a 5 star

1st time in this location after many many years. Still a great vibe and ambiance. Food took long to come and had to keep asking waitress to check on the food. When it did come the mains came first. My main was alittle bit disappointing as the meat was a little tough and didnβt really fall off the bone like it should. Starters were great Iβd definitely be back for them (10/10) And the cheesecake, was good but nothing special. All in all decent meal, thank you.

I decided to take two teens out to celebrate their GCSEs. TGIs was a good option because it is lively with a good selection of music. I thought that the kids would be made a fuss of as I pretold the receptionist of the reason for visiting but unfortunately this didn't happen. However, service was very good and most of the food was yummy. We had surf n turf, delicious chicken wings and ribs and chips. The corn on the cob is not crisp or fresh so should be left off the plate. We also ordered fahitas which were OK but they were covered with a weird white sauce. The chicken was also very dry. In all, we had a lovely afternoon and I will visit again.

Went here for a birthday dinner and wasn't expecting a good time due to the current circumstances, but we was pleasantly surprised. We were seen promptly, and was greeted by staff who were positive and making us laugh constantly. The food came quite speedily, and was cooked to great standards, especially the ribs and the burger. The service and delivery was spot on. Will definitely recommend. Special shout-out to Shannen who was an amazing waiter.
