I was disappointed with my recent visit. The service felt rushed and not very customer-friendly, and the food didn’t meet my expectations for freshness or flavour. For the price, I was hoping for better quality overall. I’m not sure I’d return based on this experience.
why the the hell do you add chilli sauce to a kebab when I said NO CHILLI sauce. as you can't follow simple instructions for the 2nd time in a row I will now Boycott you. The only kebab I've ever ordered that gives U no pitta bread. I ordered mix kebab with chips and it's thick pieces of meat with hot soggy chips at the bottom. Than there's a option for a extra pitta bread but how's it extra if the main kebab has no pitta bread. Than if U make a order and the Uber driver takes long it ain't got nothing to do with them once your meal leaves the store. Use to be really good now it's nasty.
I know it's really difficult to get a decent doner in SW London. Haven't been here in years, but it was ok. Ordered 2 doners with chips all the extras, full to the brim, but that was all the salad. I'm not sure it's worth round £10 but it's just ok.
Their doner is absolutely delicious, and I’ve always thoroughly enjoyed their food. The flavours are fantastic, and I can never fault the quality of their dishes. However, their service is consistently disappointing and really lets them down. On this particular occasion, after placing my order, I called the store to request five extra chilli sauce dip pots, which I paid for over the phone. The person I spoke to assured me that they would include the sauces with my order. Since I live close to the store, the food was delivered quite promptly—within about 10 minutes. However, when the delivery arrived, I was frustrated to find that the extra sauces I’d specifically asked for were completely missing. It’s such a shame that their poor service overshadows what is otherwise excellent food.

Got a Shish kebab through Uber eats that was so dry. No sauce at all in the kebab, no chili or garlic. Why would you send out a kebab like that? Disgusting!
Very dodgy customer service! So the last time I ordered they messed a few things in it. The manager said to me that the next time I place an order I'll get an item of my choice with it for free. A few weeks later a call to ask if the offer still stands and the guy on the phone says it does and so I went on and placed a fairly priced order. I rang them afterwards to let them know what item I would like and he straight up says, you can only get what you ordered! I wouldn't be leaving this review he would've said no in the forst place, but to make a customer order something by saying something else is a very cheecky way of making money. Shame!
Ordered late night on Uber eats, pretty terrible across the board. The meat had probably been sat all night and was completely dry, the chips were also soggy. Honestly just avoid, it was really bad.
The doner kebab was just bread and meat, no salad or sauce or anything else. The lamb was also preprocessed, looked more like a slice of a sausage that was frozen and then grilled than real meat. 13.5 quid for this. Probably the worst kebab of my life...
