The Apartment Company have been responsible for overseeing my move to a new flat in Bath. This includes securing and carrying out my viewing, setting up and helping me through my referencing process, and liaising with my new landlord about my application. Nicola has been in charge of the admin, and Roxy showed me around the flat. I couldn't have asked for more from either of them. Roxy was kind and welcoming, and knew every detail about the property I asked about. Within 10 minutes I was satisfied and able to leave the flat happy with all the knowledge I needed. Nicola has been fantastic at supporting me through the referencing process. She is clearly very experienced and was able to help me solve every issue I faced in a timely manner. From start to finish I felt supported and like she wanted my reference to succeed as much as I did. I can't thank her enough for her help and reassurance. If I ever need to move again, I can only hope to deal with The Apartment Company again because of how much they have helped me through this process. Highly recommend.
I can thoroughly recommend The Apartment Company to act as your property agent. Sharon and the team were brilliant through the whole process . They really do know their market - even in times of change - and how to effectively price and promote your property. Sharon is professional, honest and realistic and nothing is too much trouble. But their unique strength was in negotiating and facilitating a successful offer and then driving the process through to completion keeping everything on track and all parties informed while working closely to achieve our deadlines. Incredible service and hard to imagine a successful sale without them.
Sharon and Paige are such a great team and went over and above the norm even delivering documents to my home as I am disabled. They did a great job keeping in touch with the purchaser, solicitors involved and coordinating throughout even though it took a long time through no fault of their own. Would very much recommend.

I have sold a property with Apartment company and couldn't recommend enough how brilliant they are. Sharon is one of the most honest straight forward person you will see in this industry. She is ever so professional and ensured the entire process went smooth. Selling/Buying a property can be ever so stressful but Sharon and her team (Paige) ensured nothing went off track and constantly kept me updated.
