   I’ve had a great experience renting through Assured Property Rentals. They were very understanding and accommodating, allowing me to rent one of their properties with my two small dogs which made all the difference. Communication has always been excellent and any issues that came up were resolved quickly and efficiently. The whole team is friendly, professional and creates a really relaxed atmosphere — it’s been a pleasure dealing with them. Highly recommend and if I’m ever in the area again I wouldn’t rent through anyone else!

   A quick back story. Nov 2024 we were unlucky to have a house fire that rendered our house uninhabitable. We were in a hotel for a month then started looking for temporary accommodation. In our search, we came across Assured Property Rentals. We met up with Paul at the Property and he showed us round. We were both impressed by not only his professionalism but how personable Paul is. This was the property for us and Assured Property Rentals were the company that were right for us. During our tenancy, we had 2 small issues with the house. Paul was on it straight away and the problems were dealt with. Other than this they left us to ourselves. Fast forward to October 2025 and we arrange to meet up again to hand the property back. No issues with the deposit. All happy. I would definitely recommend Assured Property Rentals for property rentals in this lovely part of South Gloucestershire. 10/10

   An honest 5***** review about [PAUL] of Assured property rentals. He is a kind, genuine and very considerate fellow who went above and beyond to support me and my partner when we needed a place to rent. Paul went out of his way to slot us for a viewing at such short notice. He after put us on a waiting list and immediately notified us when it became available. I could write a lot about the ease of getting the paperwork sorted and the support he gave us in settling in and there after. Paul was always a phone-call if we needed help with anything. Many thanks to Assured Property rentals, as we got our deposit back promptly and for the smooth transition when we moved out. Many thanks.

   Long tenant of 3 and a half years, in that time I had reported numerous defects in the property such as blown windows (literally from the day we moved in) and a shower pole that fell off while having a shower taking some plaster with it, to which the agent responds "oh just put some pollyfiller in it" but I'm not a builder or have any confidence with DIY and it's not my place to fix structural damage that happened because of neglect when putting the fixture in in the first place. This agency also expects you to maintain any size of garden big or small and will absolutely rinse you on the minor details for your deposit. We got back £100 from nearly £1000 worth of deposit which is an actual joke considering how little they did to maintain the properties themselves throughout our tenancy. Give them their dues, they did the gas safety check every year by an accredited gas man and had the fire alarms checked and replaced but other than that, they give the absolute bare minimum service to their tenants. I will be warning all friends and family to avoid this letting agency.

   Assured Property Rentals were absolutely amazing for our first time renting, my partner and I were young and had not much of a clue what we were doing but assured answered all of our questions, helped us with every single problem and nothing was ever too much trouble. Assured are honest, loyal & trustworthy. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our first rental experience and can 100 percent recommend assured to anyone looking to rent. Also a big thank you to Paul, he was there with us from the beginning until the end! :)

   I have been with Assured for many years. Peter and his team are really responsive and excellent at letting me know when there are issues with the property. Peter knows his stuff and never gives you poor advice, his philosophy is to look after his tenants and his landlords, so that both parties are well catered for and both parties feel valued.    Assured Property Rentals have managed my two properties for 14 years and I can truly say that the experience has been stress free and profitable for me. Assured Property and their great team have always ensured replacement tenants have been found quickly and any work needed has been carried out to a high standard and efficiently. Payments have always been on time and his office staff have always been welcoming and happy to carry out any tasks I might have. The owner has always given sound advice when I've asked for it and I have found this to be totally unbiased - which is quite unusual in this day and age. All in all I would thoroughly recommend Assured Property Rentals to anyone with property they wish to rent out with none of the headaches that this could normally warrant
