   We own and rent a number of properties in the Yate and Chipping Sodbury area. We have dealt with Propertywise since they first started trading. The personal service that the team provide is exceptional. The personal attention to our needs is by far the best that we have been offered in the area. Since we are periodically away from home, we need a trustworthy and efficient managing agent to ensure that our properties are managed well and our tenants are professionally catered for. James and his team are exceptional and carry out their work at reasonable reasonable rates. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to landlords and tenants alike.

   Not professional at all! You walk in their agency, they are taking you to see an available property, you let them know that you will decide in an hour, and they never ever pick up their phone ever again unless you call from another phone number!

   Excellent and professional services have been offered by the team of Propertywise. No hesitation to recommend to any landlord or tenant. Last summer I rent house via them and got prompt replied and solutions if any queries. BTW, I would like to say big thank you to the back up office lady, Lucy always provides great service to us. I came back to their office for helping my bro’s tenancy contract, reasonable price and lovely service again. Absolutely 5 stars!!!

   I would like to give five stars as we always had good experience with them, they were very professional and sorted out any problem straightaway at the beginning. But as the time passed and some of their old staff left it became less efficient and competent Although I still recommend them as they are a fair and helpful agency.
