   We recently moved into our new property and had a genuinely positive experience with the agency. Hannah was incredibly helpful throughout the entire check-in process. She sent us a clear and detailed inventory report along with useful links to set up our utilities, which made everything much easier.    Having rented at a few places in different parts of the country, Woods is by far the most professional estate agents I have used. Normally agents tend to neglect the letting side of the business and tend to put less experienced people on those kinds of jobs which sometimes leads to a bit of frustration for tenants. I can’t find a fault in the service and professionalism that woods has provided. I’m very satisfied with the property I’ve moved into and how smoothly they handled my moving there. Very quick in turning around paperwork and great people to talk to and find you a property. Julie was really helpful throughout the whole process and made everything very easy.
