   During April 2025, we decided to sell our house and relocate. Things had changed over the years since our previous move. We decided to contact Andrews Estate Agents from Yate. Our valuation, viewings and sale were carried out by Michelle Phillips. Our aprehesion and concerns were very quickly dismissed. Positivity and confidence were soon brought to us by Michelle. We cannot speak too highly of Michelle, hardworking, Professional, always there at all times when called upon. That extra mile, that cheerful attitude, nothing was ever too much trouble to sort, small or huge problems and challenges to help us with a stressful time. Well we finally sold our house, and moved in to our new home October 2025. Dominique and Tom were always at hand if Michelle was not available, their help, attitude and advice are so Professional and polite at all times. In essence, we can say hand on heart Andrews Estate Agents are at the top of our recommendations, if you need to buy or sell your home. She was very helpful with answering any questions and gave us plenty of time to look around.    We were very happy with all aspects of Andrews Yate Office involvement with our house sale. We were not able to move forward as we would have liked but we cannot fault the staff at this Yate office especially Branch Manager Charlotte Sowden who went out of her way to help us, communicated so well throughout and looked after our interests ethically at all times.
