   My wife and me have had numerous calls from a person called Bradley to update details over the phone,out of the blue after 5 years of being a customer of Legal and General. Reassured was the broker I think from memory. I told him that I do not wish to discuss anything over the phone and don't call again. He has called me again today and my wife has received about 10 missed calls as well. I have had to call the Bristol office to stop this very persistent man that doesn't understand the word "No".Amy has (re) assured me he will not call again.I truly feel he is in the sales dept. and not in customer services as he said. His spiel will no doubt lose you customers.

   I got a phone call from Lewis Short, within minutes of applying for a quote in 2021. Lewis was extremely thorough and helpful. Answered all of my questions and explained everything clear as day. I got exactly what I was looking for. 3 years later, I have contacted him today to discuss my policies, and he helped me sort out bits I'd been looking into since our last talk. He went into detail for me about things I needed extra information on and was incredibly patient with me while I figured out what was right for my family. Lewis was friendly and helpful and I would absolutely recommend talking to him about any policies you may be looking into getting!
