   Murrays have proved to be an excellent letting agency. All processes were easy and professional and the guys in the office were friendly and helpful. They seem to work extremely hard, which does mean that requests are prioritised and you may not get immediate responses for problems that are not deemed urgent. However, I think this is simply the state of the rental market and the lack of care from landlords, rather than a problem with Murrays. In return for a little bit of a hands off approach to letting, you get a property which is very good value for money and a good and fair team of letting agents. By far the best experience I've had renting in Bristol. Would strongly recommend.

   Myself and my partner were considering using Murrays to search for a rental property in Bristol. We did get in contact with them regarding a property (unfortunately pets were not considered despite this going against government guidelines) and although the interaction was dismissive at best I won't go into that here as this is our experience with many agents. I'm not particularly devastated by this. My one star review is mainly based on the baffling public treatment of customers on this platform. For this reason alone we will have no more dealings with them I am unsure who writes the responses to these reviews apparently sometimes a Mr Murray, so in theory the owner himself? This is probably the only explanation for this person being in any way permitted near the keyboard or customers in general. There is clearly a highly toxic culture of extreme defensiveness within their team. Regardless of whether they feel that reviews are unfair, any business must realise how unwise it is to go about refuting them in this deeply unprofessional manner. To be completely honest it is like reading a 14 year old's snide Facebook comment. As I've said you've lost my business but for your own reputation and future success, please learn a little more about customer service and the running of a business in general before allowing whichever wildly misguided keyboard warrior access to your official account again. They are very understanding and will always try to work with you as well as the landlord to solve any problems. We have nothing but good things to say about them.    My partner and I lived in an accomodation managed by Murray Lettings for about a year an a half and it has been the best experience I had with a letting agency, so far. They were responsive, respectful and with no surprise charges or last minute changes. Perhaps we were lucky, but the few issues we had with the house were solved promptly and professionally. I would certainly recommend them.

   I rented a property via Murrays for nearly 7 years. They are, without a doubt, the friendliest and most professional letting agents I have ever had experience with. Things very rarely went wrong in the flat but when they did Murrays were extremely quick to resolve and made me feel very welcome to call about any matters. Always professional and always friendly. I found them very reasonable and easy to approach. I highly recommend them and often sing their praises when conversations turn to rental. We have now bought our own property but had we not we would still be happily renting via Murrays.
