   Sadly I had a terrible experience with this company. After speaking with them and booking a viewing for 5pm I moved it forward to 2.15pm so it was more suitable for them. I took a half day at work and traveled 45 minutes to the property and waited outside for the estate agent , when he came out from showing another couple he just said in front of them " are you here to view this property ?? Sorry it's gone " pretty much first come first serve which Iv never come across with other agents. To add to that I am 5 months pregnant. Very unprofessional and I wouldn't ever use them again as I feel they don't take there jobs seriously people who have a viewing booked in and especially when they are waiting for you outside should get to view it , they should of honoured it like every other estate agents does. It was a waste of my time to take holiday at work and travel 45 mins on a bus to be treated like that.
