I've just changed my review that had been 5 stars for a very long time through pure affinity with it being a a local business in my hometown. They've gone through a refurbishment, but all that seems to be is some paint, the seats are still as uncomfortable as they always were, the screens are still small and the projectors are still not great. The price however is good but after my experience tonight I'd rather pay for the better seats and screens in Bath. Being told if I leave to stand outside the cinema during my movie I won't be allowed back in is bizarre, I've been a cinema goer for most of my life and I'm 36 now. They're trying to justify it as disturbing other customers, but the same doesn't go for the people literally getting up to go to the toilet, nor the people before getting up to get more snacks. After I've paid to see a movie you can't hold it to ransom and give me the choice of staying inside to see the entire movie or go answer a call.or vape, or anything I wanted or needed to do. Had it been a repeat occurrence it would be understsndable. It was a single occurrence of needing to stand outside for a few moments. I won't be returning and I'll be encouraging everyone I've previously gone to the cinema with to take the bus to Bath for an elevated experience at a competing cinema.

Discovered this little gem today! What a lovely and refreshing experience. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, intimate atmosphere , unbelievably reasonable prices ( £5 for the matinee including tea, coffee and biscuit! ) Had a great espresso. Seats so comfortable and view of film totally uninterrupted because of design of cinema seating, acoustics great. Toilets spotless, parking easy and cheap. Can’t wait to return . Will probably never visit a Vue or similar again!!!! Hope you may offer an annual membership ???

Easy to book. Very friendly staff, 3 screens. About to be refurbished. Would like a greater variety of films each week maybe with some morning films but appreciate this may not be financially viable

I’m reluctant to leave such a low review as it’s such a lovely little cinema with great staff, however the two seats I booked - F3 & F4 in screen one, should not be bookable. They’re both badly ripped and absolutely stink!

Great facility to have in our local city Wells. Good selection of films. Three screens (I think) nibbles and drinks available.

Excellent small cinema which allows local access to all the best movies. Comfortable and convenient with friendly and helpful staff. Tea Matinées are good value and popular.

As a fairly new resident in the area I was delighted to find this little gem of a cinema right here in Wells! There are three screens, both matinee and evening performances. Book ahead but it is also sometimes possible to just turn up. Drinks and the usual sweet treats available.

This is our favourite date night venue, cosy friendly and comfortable.Seats at back for extra leg room and all easy to book in advance.Sounds good and selection of films as good as it gets . Taking a choice of drinks and snacks in to have when watching..and prices very reasonable.

This is the nicest littlest cinema I've ever seen The staff are lovely! Drink and food prices were fantastic, it was £22 for two tickets, two pick and mix bags and two drinks. That's very cheap! It made me fall in love with cinema again. Little cinemas like this are brilliant I would absolutely recommend 10/10
