   Strode Theatre is a fantastic community resource. They show a wide range of interesting films and National Theatre Live productions as well as live music and other events. The seats are very comfortable and the equipment is of a high quality. I have seen more films there than anywhere else over the last 20+ years. Well done Strode, long may continue.

   Enjoyed my visit a lot. Nice atmosphere, comfy seats in the studio, cheap bar serving hot and cold drinks and a few snacks. Good selection of films, great sound and good screen. One minor niggle was that I could see the fire exit sign through the slightly transparent screen from where I was sat in the front row which was a little distracting at points.

   This "pantomime", and I use that term very losely, was far, far below what was expected. We took my parents to this show as a Christmas gift, and were quite embarrassed. Luckily I had already taken my Canadian wife to Exmouth to see their Christmas Panto, which was amazing. Sadly, this was more like a high school musical, and not like a Panto.

   I went to see Cinderella and it was great. The script was original and the modern twist didn't distract from the traditional story. The props were good, the costumes were great, the cast were very talented, especially the children, but Izzy Wizzy stole the show! Well worth the money.
