   Excellent Service After a Nightmare Experience! We completely renovated our home and decided to make it a smart home with sound throughout, lights, blinds and more. Unfortunately, we were let down by our previous installer, Revolve CI, who charged us an extortionate cost in the high tens of thousands of pounds. The system never worked properly, and we couldn't get anyone to come and check it or make customisations. We'd wait months without a response to basic issues like non-functioning light switches. When Revolve finally did visit, each appointment cost £1,000 and nothing would be resolved. Their representative would simply say more equipment was needed. It felt as though features mysteriously degraded whenever we were late paying an invoice. We needed a change, and that's when we found TOKYO TV. Working with Andy and Sam has been an absolute joy. They're extremely responsive, nothing is too much effort, and they've suggested genuinely cost-effective upgrades to improve the system. They turn up when they say they will and ensure everything runs stably and performs well. The difference is like night and day. Highly recommended!

   Amazing value for money. We had a projector and screen installation done on our ceiling and could not have do a better job with the cables being Hidden in the ceiling for a professional finish. They were happy to let us source our own stuff (cables, mounts , projector..) to keep the cost as low as possible. We were a bit at first, but we are really glad we contacted them and we will definitely call them back for any home cinema needs.

   These guys are the guys you want to hire if you need anything technical done in your home. You name it they can do it. We have all WiFi and controlling systems set up in our home and a home cinema with 10' fixed screen with surround sound. It's amazing!!!! We love you guys, thank you for being always so readily available for technical support. Would highly recommend them to anyone who enjoys home entertainment.

   On moving to a larger house we wanted to upgrade from our Google mesh WiFi and Nest camera system to something more capable. After meeting to discuss our requirements, Tokyo TV designed a perfect system for our new property. Even better, it was installed within a few weeks of our initial discussions. The team were knowledgeable and friendly, the installation was clean and painless. They even wired up a few other bits and pieces for us while on site.

   I was really happy to have found Tokyo TV via a recommendation from a neighbour. We were looking for a tv upgrade after many many years and fixing some existing ceiling speakers… its transformational in terms of how we watch TV and we are also so happy to have music from the ceiling speakers again with a new SONOS amp, I was really grateful for imaginative thinking to help us with that upgrade using some existing kit too. Thanks for frank and honest advice on the equipment purchase... the recommended TV and sound bar are a real boost to the family. We are really happy to recommend.

   Absolutely amazing job by Andy and his team, I just cannot recommend them enough. I purchased a quality Samsung Neo QLED 65 inch television and Samsung's Q800A Soundbar from John Lewis (who I always use as they are a very good retailer and they share their profits with their staff). I wanted the television and soundbar hung from a swing arm attached to the wall so the television could be turned to be watched from the lounge area and the dining room/home working area of my main room. As such I purchased the services of John Lewis to hang the TV/soundbar and so they rocked-up but sadly said they could not do, because the TV was too large and heavy and they did not have a bracket which could handle the load. I then asked a friend of mine from my local pub (The Shakespeare) who was into AV - Music and read What HiFi. He recommended Tokyo Television and said these were the people I needed to contact. Consequently the engineer, Andy came around and measured up and checked the weight of the TV / soundbar, the angles required and the construction of the wall and then went away to research and study the problem. Having thought the problem through, Andy then reverted back, he had found a specialist supplier who sent through a substantial bracket. Andy and his team then came around and put in a tremendous amount of care and effort and set the whole thing up perfectly, exactly as I wanted it. everything is tuned in and working, spot on. The price was exceptionally reasonable for the quality of their work and expertise. Clearly, Tokyo have a well deserved reputation for being the best installers in the area but that has a downside in that they are very, very popular and booked well in advance, so you will have to wait for a slot. If you are anything like me, you buy the TV then think about the installation afterwards, the wait was worthwhile but I had to be patient! Highly recommended.
