   Our first visit to Fairfield Animal Centre and what a find. They just seem to have got everything right for a fabulous family day out. Very reasonable entry fee, animal feed and cafe. Animals are obviously well cared for and super friendly. Children’s trail kept us all occupied on the walk around. Paths around the centre are accessible for all. Playgrounds, sensory garden and woodland trail all help to ensure that there’s plenty to keep the whole family involved. Information boards about each animal were interesting and informative. From the moment you enter the staff are warm and welcoming helping you to feel that you belong.there and want to return. Which I definitely will do when I’m next in the area. Thank you

   Lovely day out with two small children. We spent around 2.5 hours here including having some food and playing in the play park. It was really nice and the kids loved it. It’s probably best to bring some sandwiches or snacks with you as there isn’t a menu there. Plenty of seating though and small snacks/ice creams and coffee are available. The animals are well taken care of and the whole place is nice and clean. I would have given 5 stars if there were more different animals there, but definitely recommend a visit :)

   Easy parking, Big animal area but not too big for toddlers to get around. Nice play park area with slides and forts to climb. Plenty of picnic benches to eat snacks. Really this place is just perfect for younger children. Nice staff too. Will definitely make this a regular place to visit ☺️

   We visited Hope nature centre today for their summer special: birds, bees and bugs and had a fantastic experience. My feather and egg mad 4 year old loved whole experience and was delighted to take quail eggs and feathers he found home. 2 year old loved stroking the birds, tasting the honey and looking for bugs on the bingo sheet. A really great experience with ticket entry included in the price. Highly recommend

   We spent a lovely morning here catching up with friends and enjoying all it has to offer. The small petting area and various play parks are great. My children enjoyed feeding the various animals and watching the goats and lamas being taken for a walk. A great place to spend a couple of hours and the cafe served a great coffee and ice cream.

   Had an amazing day for our grandsons 6th birthday. Took 4 grandchildren. Booked goat walk, highly recommend. Booked nature trail birds, bees and bugs.. absolutely brilliant. Keep the children throughly entertained. The cafe was first class, lots of choice. All staff throughout the day were so helpful, polite and cheerful. Wonderful day all round x

   Stunning place, wonderful location. So many gorgeous animals, plenty of toilets seats. Some benches have cut outs for wheelchair to slide to the table, disabled swings too. Cafe play area. Just wonderful.

   Visited again, after the Covid years and was thrilled to see how this little happy Charity is blossoming. Superb food in café and delightful walks passing through a variety of animals and birds... interspersed with play areas for the children.
