Today been buying a gift for my best friend for her graduation and I got lucky to get the actual best customer service in terms of everything, charm, charisma, wittiness, friendliness and best offers from Sylvia if I remember her name correctly. I smiled the whole time being there! She helped me do personalised engravings on my charms as they didnt have a charm with the Italian flag. So I had to use her creative suggestion and watch the results!!! My friend is gonna tear up. What an emotional and thoughtful idea. PS. We gave up on the pizza idea as we just laughed at it. Customer service was terrible because when it came to being consulted by a member of staff they didn't assist me with the product I wanted to purchase
It's a cute store but I think that they should change the arrangement once they have many people in store!
Really helpful ladies on staff! Went in to collect an order made online and one of the items was missing! No one was sure what had happened, but one staff member looked through everything to make sure they had the charm I wanted in stock, and the other woman was helpful in processing the rest of the order that was through! They managed to find one, which I paid for in shop, I'm extremely grateful to the work they did!
Amazing customer service, I have been a loyal customer of this shop for 7 years, they are great, friendly staff, always happy to help. Today I went in with a problem I had with one of my bracelets and wanted to fixed, they just exchanged me for a new one. That just make my day, Thank you so much for the attention and great service.
