   Jacks was absolutely wonderful.I cant recommended her highly enough i had lost my wedding ring, and asked Jacks to make me a new one using my grandmother’s, my mother’s, and my engagement ring. She listened carefully to my ideas, kept me informed throughout the process, and designed something even more beautiful than I imagined. I’m delighted to wear a ring that holds three generations within it. At the final fitting I felt it was slightly too small . Jacks sent me for a coffee while she made it slightly larger so I could have my ring in time for Christmas Highly recommended.

   Really glad we found Jacks to remodel my wife’s wedding ring. We loved her unique jewellery on her website and read the positive reviews which also guided our decision. From the initial contact right through to receiving the ring it was a pleasure to entrust her with the work. We had a consultation whereby Jacks took our request and gave advice on how to incorporate the design and changes. My wife was very happy with how the ring turned out especially as it looked far better than what we imagined the end product to look like. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jacks for any jewellery work, her skill and attention to detail is really impressive.    Jacks accompanied myself and my husband throughout our journey. My husband found Jacks, who then made my engagement ring. I absolutely loved it! It was so personal, so pretty and my husband loved the process. Then when it came to our wedding, we returned to Jacks. I felt like I was just chatting to a friend when seeing Jacks. She was so accommodating and somehow, as if by magic, knew exactly what we wanted. The rings turned out as we imagined - even though we know absolutely nothing about jewellery.    We had the best experience working with Jacks to remodel my partner’s grandad’s watch into his wedding ring. We met with jacks and she looked at the watch strap and discussed options with us. She even sent us photos of the watch strap (as we forgot to take photos!). Couldn’t be happier with the result - a timeless gold ring with such a sentimental meaning.    I loved Jacks work as soon as I found it. I got in touch and went to meet her in her studio. I brought with me some jewellery that I no longer wore but which was of sentimental value and a rather battered wedding ring. The bespoke ring that Jacks subsequently designed and made for me from these bits and pieces surpassed all my expectations. I have never owned a piece of jewellery as beautiful and from the moment I put it on I can't stop looking at it :-)

   We love our wedding rings! Nicky saw a ring a few years ago in a shop and loved it. She found out who made it and we tracked Jacks down to make our wedding rings. We could not be happier and have had so many compliments on them. The photo does not do the rings justice. They are stunning! Jacks is fabulous to work with.
