   Today we went and bought my wedding ring from the store in Cabot Circus. We had such a lovely welcome, the lady who helped us was so happy, excited and had such good advice on what style to go with. She was so interested in us and wanted to know all the details about what we were looking for. Her colleague then came and helped and they were both just lovely and gave us a really happy and excitable experience! Thank you so much, can't wait for my ring to arrive ☺️

   I bought a TW steel watch from this store and it only lasted 4 months, I took it back to repair and it took 3 months to give me a response. Then then wanted to charge me for a full service (only 4 months old??) on the watch and pay £180 to replace one part when the watch was only £300. The crown fell out when I was washing my hands and they claimed it was accidental damage, which they didn't cover. I asked for a breakdown of the hours, parts and labor but they wouldn't provide this. Very unhappy with the service and overpriced repair costs.

   Was greeted by manager who was very friendly and professional. I picked up my order in store. He opened my watch for me - allowed me to try it on, ensured I was happy with it, and set the time. Outstanding service and reputable company to buy your diamonds, jewellery and watches.

   I don't usually leave reviews but felt that the level of customer service I received from the Cabot Circus branch was above and beyond. My partner purchased my engagement ring and we then went on to buy our wedding bands from there too. The manager was wonderful and always happy to help. Its really nice to walk into a branch and be spoken to on a personally level.
