   Very upset with experience today (30/11). Me and my boyfriend went into the shop, we were browsing at the rings and the worker, who seemed really lovely, was helping us and she was stood directly opposite us, we were chatting the whole time and she was also watching what we were doing. I chose the ring i wanted and paid for it, straight after payment was taken, the worker saw there was a gap in the ring holders. She then looked at us with a very sturn look and then started questioning us why there was a gap, it was clear she was accusing me off stealing without any other consideration where the ring went. She was speaking rudely and giving us weird looks. She then checked cctv and had us waiting for 5 minutes.. she said everything was fine but then didn’t apologise to us afterwards considering it was clear she thought we stole. We asked for a refund because we were upset by the way we were accused off stealing, however she said we couldn’t have one. We understand it is protocol to check cctv but she straight away accused us of stealing and didn’t even think about where the ring might have gone despite she was looking at us the whole time. Will not be visiting again. i understand its protocol but the girl handled us completely inappropriately and it was not nice to be accused of stealing, despite it was probably her misplacing the ring.

   So happy I chose to revisit Ganesha, Jasmine recognised me instantly and could not have been lovelier, she was incredibly more and helpful in assisting me find a new ring! I love it and would 100% recommend anyone visit if you’re looking for high quality jewellery and other lush products, I will definitely be visiting again soon! Thank you again ❤️❤️

   I come to this store often, I get a lot of my clothes and crystals from here and was very disappointed by my experience today. I was going to buy a hemp bag until I saw how overpriced everything in the shop has become when I know they are sold for around 60% less wholesale, and so I put the bag down. There were people crowded around where I got the bag from so I hung it up at the back of the shop. As I was leaving I had a lady approach me and say ‘You aren’t wanting the bag then?’ and I said politely ‘no haha I’m just going to look online’. She asked where I put it and I told her, the back of the shop. As I was about to leave with my friends, I had 2-3 of the workers ambush me at the front door asking me where I put it, making it look like I had stolen something. There were a few shoppers in there so this was embarrassing and anxiety-inducing and they made me stand for about 2 minutes telling them exactly where the bag was. The lady then very slowly walked to the back of the shop and actively avoided the place I kept pointing to, even though I could see it from the front of the store where I was stood. It almost seemed like they knew where it was but were trying to make me show them myself, due to me not putting it where it was supposed to be, which felt very petty and passive aggressive. And the reason I did this was because it was crowded as I said before. As I left the shop I had a panic attack and won’t be attending again. I’d steer clear if you’re looking for fairly priced clothes and crystals and a pleasant experience.

   It's like walking in to a magic cave. I love oriental artefacts and a wealth of the best can be found there. Jewellery, clothes , bags. The selection is endless and the staff very helpful and welcoming. Will be stocking up for Christmas.
