   Ben at TUI Midsomer Norton was brilliant at helping us to find the holiday that we wanted. He patiently went through every country that we were interested in and helped us find what we were looking for. All the time has was aware of the age ranges of our party and what they would need to enjoy the holiday. He was also really knowledgeable about a lot of the locations that we were looking at and was able to offer an insight. I dealt with Ben for our holiday this year and he was brilliant at helping me get in touch with the hotel before my stay so that they could sort out my health condition which made the whole process less stressful. He remembered all this when booking this holiday and had said that we can sort it all out again.

   Staff are always helpful and friendly!! Pippa, lynne and all the ladies are very welcoming whenever i have visited the shop, even if they have all been busy they are always polite and say that someone will be available as soon as possible, the longest i've had to wait is about ten minutes and they were very apologetic about it! The ladies are always friendly and they seem to enjoy booking the holidays as much as i do!
