    Have requested info twice by email because the website fails to show a complete list of a trip's stops and timings on my phone's Chrome browser. No-one so far has been bothered to answer. Not a difficult to answer query and a potential loss of a booking as I am unable to plan my potential trip and time. Come on someone get your finger out and show some genuine customer service.

    Have travelled with Pathfinder many times going right back to when they were F & W Railtours. In 2022 we travelled on both the Scottish Weekend and more recently the Geordie Whistler on both occasions in Premier Dining. All the best with celebrating 50 years in 2023 - my wife and I look forward to travelling with you again!

    A massive THANK YOU to the crew on board The Mazey Day Tour. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went over and above to help me with my disabled father. Cannot thank them enough!! The train carriages were so much better, than the cramped carriages of today. It was lovely to look through such big windows that frame the scenery beautifully. Our fellow travellers were great company and so compassionate. Thank you to them all. The trip was great from start to finish and very memorable. Looking forward to joining the crew on board another trip in the near future.
