   Avoid at all cost! Absolutely terrible customer service. My car was damaged by this company a few years back. It was parked within a bay and the companies story has changed multiple times along the way. The driver has supposedly told them it was a scuff on the front bumper and then disappeared for 3 weeks and could not be contacted. The damage caused was getting on for £10,000. The claim went on for months and months as they refused to accept liability and have changed driver details halfway through which makes you think was the original driver was uninsured? I have now got this claim on my insurance file which has significantly increased my premiums as I have got to disclose it for 5 years when I wasn’t even there! Also there was no details left after the incident, I have had to go through third party to find out Arleen was responsible for the damages and have had to obtain witness statements. Terrible.

   Edit: Having spoken with Justin (the owner). He has adequately and professionally resolved the situation and taken steps to improve customer service. I will therefore consider using Arlene coaches again. Thank you ------------------------------------------------- We booked this coach service through BPEC to bring us back from Glastonbury at 10:30. There was some confusion with directions between where BPEC told us the coach would be and where it was so we weren't as early as we thought we'd be. We arrived at circa 10:27. At which point, the driver came off the coach to lecture us on how we are late (a lie) and how he doesn't have to take us. The driver continued to confront myself and my partner, reiterating that we should have got here earlier and how we are lucky that he is deciding to take us on "HIS" coach. Having paid a total of £300 for this service and doing our upmost to ensure we planned accordingly but had received wrong information on the coach location, I was surprised that the driver expected an apology from me, which I was certainly not about to give due to his aggression. When he continued to tell me off like a child, as I attempted to explain that we were misinformed. He told me to take my stuff off HIS coach whilst raising his voice, telling me I couldn't board before eventually letting me on. The irony of this is that when we eventually boarded after being abmonished by the driver the time was only 10:32! Had the driver not been so unprofessional and egotistic we would have probably left early. Our party do not expect to pay £300 for a service and then also be bullied by a driver when he doesn't receive the submissive response he was expecting to his intimidation attempt. A BPEC volunteer witnessed this behaviour and the charity was apologetic to me after the incident but I am aware that the driver is employed by Arleen coaches.
