    Multiple occasions of mistakes that is just ignored away by their pharmacy staff as they have no interest in improving. You strictly speaking don’t even care about the company brand given the attitude portrayed, lack of comprehension and listening skills... Why are you even in business?

    I appreciate that the staff are busy but my disappointment is the pharmacy. We are asked to use our pharmacist for minor ailments to take the preasure of of the doctors. I called in hoping to see the one in Yate. I had an eye infection which I wanted someone in the know to look at. Pharmacist wouldn't look at my eyes just keep sending messages backwards and forwards through young lady on the counter. Wasted my time. I now have to wait for a doctors appointment. Wouldn't use Yate branch again.

    Excellent experience today at the Boots Yate store. I was being served by a lovely lady called Sheelin. She was being very helpful and made me aware of the Boots promotions based on the items I was buying. She was very friendly and I had a lovely chat with her. She is a wonderful asset to the store!☺️

    Excellent experience of the pharmacy in Yate. Poorly daughter required a medication which had manufacturing issues and not available in other local pharmacies. The team kindly checked if they could order some and when it arrived they kept some aside for me. Dispensed quickly. Very good service

    I go to boots twice a week, great end of line sales. The only problem I have is the pharmacy. I collect medication twice a week,my prescriptions are sent days before i pick up.on the day my stuff is never ready,then I get staff lieing trying to cover there backs,it's a tad stupid

    I came to get toothpaste for a child (prescription toothpaste for a 12 year old??). Not only was the queue only 5 people, I still waited 25 minutes. Then I was informed that it would take about 10 minutes to process (buys prescription toothpaste :)). After 20 minutes of waiting I finally ask how long I will wait. The man at the cash desk informed me that I have to wait another 15 maybe 20 minutes. I ask myself. Why sell toothpaste to a 12 year old on prescription? This is sick. I have never heard of such an absurdity in any other European country. This was my last visit to this shop.

    Great friendly staff but queue system not being followed people waiting in wrong queue for pharmacy.
