   Will be going elsewhere next time for my prescription. Whilst I can appreciate the pharmacy not having what I need in stock, I really don’t appreciate being told to go elsewhere without them checking If the other place even has my prescription In stock. Based on other reviews and people i’ve spoke to, this seems like a common occurrence and I’d rather not be misled and continue to waste my time.

   Absolute shambles. They need to devise a queuing system rather than a free for all. Always packed and the service is ridiculously slow. I’m moving elsewhere

   Moving to a different pharmacy as every time I have issues here. They text to say prescriptions are ready, yet when I arrive to collect it, it hasn't even been done. They also don't check if there are other prescriptions on the script, and often, I've had to say I'm missing stuff (this happend multiple times, when I've gotten home to find stuff is missing) When the doctor sends the prescription, I can never get it the same day (not helpful for my father who is in need of medications) Often, they have to order the stuff in, so for instance, a prescription was sent on a Thursday (by the doctor) , I was told it would be ready at tescos by the doctor. So to be on the safe side I went in on Friday, to be told they don't check scripts on the day they are sent, and they would need to order the medication, and it may or may not arrive on Monday! What a joke! They also told me that if I came in on the Thursday to check, they could have ordered it!?! It's seems extremely disorganised for a pharmacy! I'm hoping the next pharmacy I go to will be a bit more organised.

   This pharmacy has repeatedly sent out messages confirming that prescriptions have been completed and are ready for collection. However, on arrival, will not issue a prescription as they have not been fully fulfilled i.e only part of the prescription is completed. Honestly this is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered.

   Despite being referred here by 111 for an emergency prescription I was told they couldn’t help and I’d have to go via my gp, even though I explained I wasn’t local and my medication had run out two days previously. I went to Superdrug instead where they couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful and managed to get a months supply of medication with minimal fuss. Very disappointed with the customer service and lack of knowledge and the emergency prescription service. Especially as I used to work in the store on customer service myself!

   Really bad service. I requested 11 days earlier medication for my son to control epilepsy. when I came they had no information that I had made a request. Finally told me is out of stock everywhere and I need to find myself . And they didn't informed me earlier as they didn't know have many left of medi I have. allegedly he was looking for a medi every day. I called prescription team and they were shocked with the service. Finally prescription team ordered priority and it will be ready to collect today. Actually it's not the first time when they lost request but this time was very urgent . older man working there very arrogant and not nice. Definitely not recommended.

   Very hit and miss with availability of medication. They let you go without and make it your problem even though the medication is necessary to function normally. Will be changing pharmacy.

   I had to wait 15mins to see the pharmacist because she was with another customer but this wasn't a problem as I had shopping to do too. The pharmacist was Yukiva and she was so helpful, she spent a few minutes going through my symptoms etc. She ruled out several things that were a concern to me and provided me with the right medication. So much easier than hours wasted trying to get a doctors appointment and this no doubt helps free up my gp's time for people with more urgent and serious problems. The other staff member was also very friendly. Thank you

   Very slow service. When they have received the prescription electronically 3 days before I collect, it's never ready, always told it needs to be put together and will be 15/20 mins. I'll be going back to Cohen's, as much quicker service with happier staff! despite it not being as convenient for me!
