I’ve never had to worry about the availability of my medication; they always have stock, which adds to the smooth experience every time I visit. Most friendly and helpful service I've ever had from a pharmacy. My usual pharmacy couldn't source my medication, so I was directed to Bhogal's by my GP pharmacist. Even though I should have needed to wait a few days, the pharmacist at Boghals went out of his way to get my prescription ready before they closed that - which was in less than an hours time. Not only that, but he was super friendly, interested in my health and how the medication was helping. I wish this was my regular pharmacy. Thanks Bhogals - keep up the great work!
Could Customer Service BE any Better?! I had a severe infection, and my GP sent a script through to Bhogal Pharmacy. I was in a lot of pain, and hoped the meds could be delivered or collected quickly. “I doubt that.” replied my GP, “It’s rather late in the day.” I checked with the chemist, and she advised that they didn’t actually have the meds in stock, that she could email the surgery for an alternative, but it would have to be next day delivery. Long story short, my GP prescribed another medication on receipt of the email, and it now being evening, Mr. Bhogal himself delivered the meds to my door. Always so reliable, efficient, and above all, compassionate and kind. It is just this type of personal care and unfailing support for each and every customer that makes Bhogal Dispensing Chemist so special. Would recommend them in a heart beat. 5 stars!

I have been a customer for years. But, after a recent spinal injury, it is difficult to leave the house. Bhogals have been absolutely wonderful in giving me advice over the phone and making sure my prescriptions get filled and delivered to me as quickly as possible. They're always cheerful, relaxed and efficient. I'm hugely grateful to them - for all the years of care I've received :)
