Server was rude and grumpy. The food was good. They were out of some things we wanted to order. The food was very good and the location is nice. It was bright & open & decorated beautifully inside.
Lovely place to eat. Had lunch here and brekkie the next morning Kindly bought some gluten free bread too. Brekkie is enormous and delicious. Everything cooked fresh. And staff are beautifully kind. I had the vegetarian breakfast. Amazing!!!
The food was fresh and very tasty. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Since it wasn’t too crowded, we were able to enjoy a peaceful morning.
Lovely waitresses who work in here and are so personable and friendly. One even remarked on how lovely my nieces pink hair was! So sweet. But the food of course was delicious. We had brunch here and it was super tasty. The sourdough was a little on the crunchy side but other than that it was nice. I would definitely return, thank you!
One of the best spots in the area for breakfast! The food was great, and the service was beyond friendly. I had the Big Breakfast and asked to swap out the tomato and mushroom — no issues at all, which was much appreciated. Prices were very reasonable, especially for breakfast in London. Would definitely come back!
Food was OK. Service not great. Some confusion about what a pint is - I was offered a large or small pint, which led to the waitress having to show me what a large or small pint was. Turns out a large pint is in fact a pint glass, and a small pint is a half pint glass. Getting a lemonade top was out of the question. Chips landed with us very early when they were meant to be for another table. Our chips then didn't materialise with the rest of our order. The food itself was absolutely fine when it arrived. Certainly not spectacular but then London has a very high standard to contend with. I would expect service to be adequate in a place like this though to distinguish it from all the places making money from tourists and having little concern for customer experience. The front of house staff just didn't look comfortable with what they were doing.
We had brunch here yesterday, and not only was it the delicious, but also the waitress was very helpful and nice to us despite our english not being very good. We'll definitely come back for breakfast someday!
Been here twice for breakfast...restaurant is very clean service excellent & staff very attentive. Food is really good & great value! Coffee is great too. If stay in the Gloucester Road area worth a visit and better option than any other on the street. Great job guys keep it up!!!
Great breakfast food. I had the big breakfast, and it was big, Scrambled eggs/chorizo/bacon/tomato/potato bravas and mushrooms. Was very good. My partner had the vegetarian breakfast, same as mine without the meats. Coffee was also very good by London standards. Service was also very good and attentive
Had a really gorgeous breakfast here today. Hubby said best granola EVER! My eggs with chorizo delicious. Speedy attentive, friendly service in a lovely, contemporary environment. The doors were open to outside feeling Mediterranean in the balmy weather. Highly recommended.
