Couldnβt be worse and only competes with the High Street branch in terms of terrible behaviour and dangerous practices (itβs hard to choose the worst). Tower House and High Street are two Day Lewis pharmacies in Nailsea that are quite possibly the worst pharmacies you will ever encounter, anywhere, ever, and this is based on regular use over 3-4 years (more recently it is only when I must use them that I do, based on stock availability, but this is still proving to be a nightmare on those rare times). Miss-dispensing, missing items (which they will refuse to admit or do due diligence when confronted, and will all but accuse patients of lying about when reported to them) and repeated delays or items not coming in when they state they will (added to which the phones are seldom answered or turned on, so good luck trying to call and find out before making the unnecessary trip to find out) makes these pharmacies, not only unworthy of handling patient medication, it makes them dangerous. Theyβre unworthy of blighting with your desperately needed medication, and will only behave like you should owe them some kind of gratitude for the few tablets they do manage to shove in a box and throw out correctly! Pharmacies are profit driven businesses, not NHS organisations, therefore you are within your remit to expect and demand better than poor-to-dangerous practices, absent customer services, poor treatment and bad attitudes; take your prescriptions elsewhere/get them sent elsewhere, itβs not worth the hassle of attempt to be one of the weekly quota of people who get the correct meds, dispensed in the quantity the labels claim (CHECK! They frequently under-dispense and will accuse you of lying if you catch them out!).Take your prescriptions and your βbusinessβ, along with the profits of such (thatβs all theyβre interested in and will resort to questionable practices to maximise it would appear) elsewhere and spare yourself the indignity of dealing with the people who βworkβ there and their horrific attitudes towards you, the CUSTOMER (theyβd do well to remind to remind themselves of this fact, but years down the line they still donβt seem to grasp this).

When the regular pharmacist is there, this is the best pharmacy I have ever come across. Polite, helpful staff, dealing with matters quickly and efficiently. Prescriptions quickly prepared, text notifications for repeat ones. They also offer a delivery service. When the pharmacist is away for whatever reason, somehow the efficiency falls apart. Nothing ready prepared, no notifications, long waits and delays. Often medication not even available. The staff are still polite, but clearly stressed by the disorder which invariably ensues when someone unused to a system tries to alter it. My only real complaint is the short opening hours. Saturday morning is abysmal, and for a carer, collecting for other patients, the short space of time for collection is untenable, especially since it is always short staffed too

Got to be the worst pharmacy in the World. The most rude and disrespectful place. I would rather drive all the way to another town than get medication from this absolute Disgrace of a pharmacy. I would say the standard of service is diabolical. Been waiting since February. And then some rubbish. I gave the prescription in myself for my son.I would not trust this level of incompetence.Go elsewhere.

Extremely poor service after second visit as no stock and waiting for an hour to be told still one item not in stock 20 minutes first time in waiting, 1 hour today and STILL have to go back!!!

. They don't have the number of staff to deal properly with local demand. I give all the few staff there 5 STARS for their help, efforts and caring attitude to their job and am sorry I have to be so critical. The owners, Day Lewis should be supporting their staff better.

Been with them 3 years and collect three people's medication. They are really helpful and order items promptly. Like all pharmacies, they are under pressure, but I have never been disappointed. I often witness rude, abusive customers who expect prescriptions instantly. The staff always remain patient, polite and professional. I have used a few different pharmacies over the years, and Tower House is the quickest, most helpful and most professional one.

Friendly staff, does what a good Pharmacy needs to do. Always useful to ring ahead and see if a prescription is in. During the Pandemic there were obviously long, large queues. This has gotten better since, and now that they've expanded their hours a little there are more convenient times to go. If you turn up at 18:00 on a Friday evening then you should be expecting queues to be honest.

Never stock my repeat prescription despite it being reissued regular as clockwork. Opening hours are now slashed both weekdays and closed weekends. Such a shame the best pharmacy has become the worst one simply by change of ownership.
