“Welcoming and knowledgeable staff throughout my visit, I had photos ,scans and a field test on arrival and then a sight test carried out by the optometrist/optician, my results were explained to me fully and I was shown the photos and scans. I need my prescription changed and I also wanted new frames so I was introduced to a member of staff who could assist me to choose. I took up the option of spending a little more on frames and getting a second pair free,, which I had the option of having as sunglasses either prescription or normal I then had some measurement taken and I chose which lenses I wanted, tint on the sunglasses and other lenses to suit my lifestyle. I paid and made an appointment to collect/ have my new pairs of glasses fitted. Overall a great experience.”

“I can't say I've ever been fearful of dentists, and before anyone of you panic about things like injections, if I hadn't known he was going to give me one for a filling, I wouldn't have known it was done. Mike Gegory is an excellent dentist and couples this with an excellent sence of humour and is always up for a good laugh. We, my wife Mary and I have been registered for a while and have nothing but good words to say about him. Nothing is too much trouble, and he's so very careful in all that he does. We would recommend him to you all, and add, you couldn't do better.”

“Been with them 3 years and collect three people's medication. They are really helpful and order items promptly. Like all pharmacies, they are under pressure, but I have never been disappointed. I often witness rude, abusive customers who expect prescriptions instantly. The staff always remain patient, polite and professional. I have used a few different pharmacies over the years, and Tower House is the quickest, most helpful and most professional one.”

“Have just completed a rehab of a calf/achilles injury sustained in late February playing squash. Holly has been outstanding in her approach to helping me. She has been professional, thourough, empathic, enthusiastic and well-organised. My treatment included: diagnosis, deep tissue massage, exercises and acupuncture. “I hurt my right wrist last year . I had tried all sorts of things, but nothing really helped. Month and month, I couldn't hold a kettle of water, couldn't write with my right hand. This really let me down. Finally I went to Doctor Beijing Ltd for a treatment . Dr Lilu did some acupunctures for me . From the first time, I started to feel better. After few sessions treatments, The pain on my right wrist was mostly cleared . And now I have no pain there . I aslo have been seeing Dr Lilu for my chest issue.I have suffered breathless, pressure and pain on my chest in the last couple of years. I was taken to the hospital by an ambulance one night, The doctors couldn't find any thing wrong after a lot of test.I was sent back home, but all the problems were still there, so I went to see Dr Lilu again.She gave me some acupuncture and cupping therapies. “I visited the Le Roux chiropractic clinic after injuring myself playing rugby. The back pain I had was stopping me from playing any sports, and also from doing many basic day-to-activities. I saw Debbie over 3 sessions and was really impressed with how she got me back on my feet again. Even after the first session I was feeling more mobile, and after all 3 I was able to do normal activities again, and soon after get back into training. The clinic is a friendly and professional place, and the staff will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of and that they sort out whatever problem you have. I can't recommend it highly enough.”
