   I cannot recommend Dr Narendra Pisal highly enough. He performed my robotic myomectomy and endometriosis excision, and the entire experience — from admission to recovery — exceeded my expectations in every possible way. Dr Pisal is not only an outstanding surgeon but also a deeply caring, empathetic, and reassuring doctor. I felt genuinely listened to and respected throughout, and I was treated with great gentleness and professionalism at every stage. The surgery itself went extremely well: I lost minimal blood, my pain was very well controlled, and I was able to come off pain medication within the first 48 hours, which speaks volumes about his skill and precision. My recovery has been smooth and faster than I anticipated, and I have felt exceptionally well cared for throughout. During my two nights at The London Clinic, every member of staff — nurses, doctors, and support staff alike — was attentive, kind, and highly professional. I felt safe, supported, and never like “just another patient.” I truly couldn’t have asked for more. This was major surgery, yet the level of care, competence, and compassion made the entire experience feel calm and reassuring. I am incredibly grateful to Dr Pisal and the whole team at The London Clinic, and I would not hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone considering complex gynaecological surgery.

   Dr Pradnya Pisal was so helpful, kind and generous. I’ve had a really hard time finding any answers from the GP about pain I’ve been experiencing but Dr Pisal was able to offer me a different explanation to consider, as well as a lot of consolation and support. She was also incredibly warm and made me feel totally comfortable and able to open up.

   I would wholeheartedly recommend London Gynaecology and doctors Narendra Pisal and Hemant Vakharia! I had several issues (severe endometriosis, fibroid, polyp) and Mr Pisal coordinated a team of 3 specialists to perform a surgery and address all the problems. Mr Vakharia was the endometriosis specialist who successfully cleaned everything through laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. Both Mr Pisal and Mr Vakharia explained everything to me in a very professional, kind and reassuring manner, they patiently answered my long lists of questions and demonstrated honesty and trustworthiness throughout the whole journey (from the initial consultation to the post-op check up). My recovery was smooth and I barely have any scars, which is a testament to their excellent skills and quality of work. Both doctors are advocates for women’s health and I am so grateful for their care and support! London Gynaecology has 2 clinics centrally located - I used them both for various consultations and appointments. Staff and nurses are excellent, they respond quickly to queries, are attentive, go out of their way to make things happen on time. After a few negative experiences with other gynaecologists, I’m very glad I found this clinic and doctors. They are amazing, genuinely passionate about their work and I am so happy I entrusted them with my care.

   I had 2 consultations with Dr Vakharia. He very patiently listened to my problems and took time to discuss everything. I never felt rushed and I was finally being taken seriously (other practitioners in the past were often dismissive and disinterested). Dr Vakharia was so kind and compassionate that I felt confident enough to decide on having surgery which is something I’d never thought I’d do due to my terrible medical phobias. I was given the mobile number for the clinic’s lead nurse, Jennifer, whom I had a call with before and after surgery. She very promptly contacted the hospital to inform them about my issues to allow them time to plan. The surgery went smoothly and 5 days on I still can’t believe that I can barely feel the incisions. Based on my experience, Dr Vakharia and the anaesthetist Dr Ziyad are arguably the best experts in their field. They both came to see me the day after my surgery, along with the lovely Dr Pisal who came to check on me 2 days after, on the Sunday! They also obviously choose very carefully who they work with because The London Clinic where the operation was performed was second to none. It’s also important to note that communication with the practice was easy and all my emails and queries were answered the same day. Hand on heart, this was the best service (medical or otherwise) I have ever received and would not go anywhere else now.

   Been with them for years and they have been consistenly amazing and taken good care of me throughout. They are always kind and welcoming. I‘ve recently had surgery and couldn‘t have asked for a better experience - from being informed about the whole process to having an on call nurse from home & the hospital stay all went smoothly. Dr P also made sure that I had minimum scaring which was amazing. Thanks to the team!
