   Unfortunately my experience was not as I had expected and I was disappointed. I did not feel that Ms Batish was very interested or understanding. Inaccuracies in the AI produced summary of the consultation which I had to highlight to be corrected. I was not examined at all and was also recommended an endometriosis test which it turns out would be wholly inappropriate for my age group. I mentioned this to the clinic recently but did not receive a response.

   It’s hard to put into words how grateful I am as I received the most incredible care here. My consultant, Dr Jesner really listened to me and supported me so much to investigate my ongoing and very long-term concerns that had often been dismissed by others. I ended up having a laparoscopy under the care of Mr Pisal, who diagnosed endometriosis and was successfully able to remove this. A very special place and I recommend highly.

   I had been struggling with fibroids and associated symptoms for years with no end in sight and no help forthcoming from my local NHS hospital. Thankfully, I made an appointment with Ms Khinder at London Gynaecology and was able to undergo surgery within 8 weeks. Ms Khinder is caring, understanding and an exceptional consultant/surgeon, and it put my mind at rest hugely to know that with her I was in the best possible hands. Six weeks after surgery, I have my life back again! I can't recommend Ms Khinder highly enough! Thank you, Ms Khinder and team at London Gynaecology!

   The receptionist and nurses were very nice. However, the doctor seems to be busy, she was pausing and checking her schedule/ next appointment, and also she forgot to do my smear test which I have specified in my booking request. Disappointed by the experience given it’s private, but you got an NHS equivalent treatment

   Excellent, patient orientated service, with the best professionals, topped up with the possibility to use a very smart online patient portal where you can access or store all your health documents and test results beside booking appointments to a requested treatment or choose the health professional of your own choice, plus an easy 2 step online payment system. My doctor, Dr. Phadnis answers all my questions or concerns and he always finds a solution re my HRT issues via our phone consultations while I am travelling the world, even overseas. He never leaves our phone conversation with a question unanswered, I can feel totally safe and looked after by his service even when I am not in the UK. I am very happy with his knowledge and support. Another bonus is that I always receive a kind reminder in advance about any suggested follow up examination date or procedure needed. I will use London Gynaecology as long as I can and I would highly recommend their top quality service to anyone who cares about their health and wellbeing. Thank you !

   I would wholeheartedly recommend London Gynaecology and doctors Narendra Pisal and Hemant Vakharia! I had several issues (severe endometriosis, fibroid, polyp) and Mr Pisal coordinated a team of 3 specialists to perform a surgery and address all the problems. Mr Vakharia was the endometriosis specialist who successfully cleaned everything through laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. Both Mr Pisal and Mr Vakharia explained everything to me in a very professional, kind and reassuring manner, they patiently answered my long lists of questions and demonstrated honesty and trustworthiness throughout the whole journey (from the initial consultation to the post-op check up). My recovery was smooth and I barely have any scars, which is a testament to their excellent skills and quality of work. Both doctors are advocates for women’s health and I am so grateful for their care and support! London Gynaecology has 2 clinics centrally located - I used them both for various consultations and appointments. Staff and nurses are excellent, they respond quickly to queries, are attentive, go out of their way to make things happen on time. After a few negative experiences with other gynaecologists, I’m very glad I found this clinic and doctors. They are amazing, genuinely passionate about their work and I am so happy I entrusted them with my care.

   The gynaecologists are professional. But the receptionist Justina, and some other managers unpleasant, full of ego and lack of empathy. That’s a Shame. Beware of prideful ladies at this office who lack experience and training.

   Mr Pisal is an outstanding doctor who quickly transformed my health and well being as a result of his care. Throughout, I have been thankful for his brilliant expertise, patience, diligence and compassion. He made a difficult and complicated operation much easier and the outcome was positive on every front. I wish to thank Mr Pisal for everything and I recommend him heartily to anyone needing help. In my opinion, he is the very best in his field.
