   The service was terrible and the lady at the entry of the club checking for the tickets was very rude with everyone. tickets oversold with no space even to walk. After paying to leave my winter coat in a safe place it took ages to find it. I don’t think this is a safe place.

   First of all we had to stand there for over 45 minutes just to get to the front. Then we were told we could only show a physical ID. We tried to explain that we didn’t have it because we had to send it off for driving lessons. But the staff didn’t listen and the management team was no help at all. The wait was extra long and the whole experience was frustrating. I wish there was a zero star option.

   If you're looking for a club with a more relaxed door policy, you might want to consider elsewhere, the bouncers are over- the top compared to other nightclubs I've been to in Bristol. With that out of the way, it's a stylish nightclub known for its recent refurbishment, chic interior, and mix of dance anthems and contemporary music played by resident DJs. However, it can get crowded, especially on weekends.

   Do not go here!! Rude staff and They won’t let girls in with trainers on Saturdays , but boys are allowed in whatever attire. Ridiculous

   Came here for my birthday and had a VIP booth from the moment we arrived at the club we were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. The club is an all round good vibe and can always guarantee a good night here! The hostesses and bar staff were all lovely and very helpful! Will definitely be going again
