Update:. This time around they have much better knowledge of their stock levels - they found some in 8 pretty quick. Helpful staff although like most places they have really small selection of girls trainers in size 8. It's disappointing to find a style you like (and is acceptable for school) and then be told, sorry that style is out of stock in 8.

Needed some advice about a return tried calling the shop never answer the phone I phoned in total throughout the day 33 times and it just rang off to answer machine. I then phoned there bath store and the phone was answered within 4 rings come on Trowbridge store pull yourself together. You're losing customers!!!!
