   Ordered 60m Mammut rope which they didn’t have and offered me 70m for no extra charge. Arrived quickly, safe and sound. Looking forward to testing it in Portland this weekend. I haven’t even considered 70m rope as most routes I climb are below 30 meters but as I have it now I might go out of my comfort zone and try something longer. My little boy is already putting it to the test :) Thanks for great customer service

   I've just received my pair of Scarpa Vapor V and I can't state enough how satisfied I am with the speed, quality and service of this store. As a Jordanian, it's so hard to find various climbing equipment, namely shoes, as the market here is somewhat small and restricted. However, after this experience, I'm fully convinced that this will be my go-to store as it pertains to my future purchases. Highly recommended!

   Awesome Shop! Went in to find a new pair of climbing shoes, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the person helping me had owned the shoes I was looking at buying so it was nice to hear advice based on experience. This came after having a pretty bad customer experience trying to buy some shoes at a gym in London, so help like this shouldn't be taken for granted. Almost forgot to mention the prices were also very good!
