MH 'service' is run by women for women. Mental health services for men are a disgrace and non existent. All my therapists have been women and I seem to be worse off eachtime. How do they know about men problems? Is it any wonder why more men than women commit suicide and have long term conditions.
A very helpful course delivered by the wellbeing team. I learned better how to treat myself with the compassion I would a friend as well as some very useful grounding and relaxation techniques. Thank you.
