Somewhat delayed review as I was waiting to finish the room. I’ve had my Signature Tournament Pro table from Home Leisure Direct for around 3 months now. The whole experience from turning up at the showroom unannounced, making a selection, placing my order and having the table installed was an absolute pleasure. Everyone I encountered was helpful and knowledgeable. At the showroom, I was served by Jake who didnt try to sell me the most expensive table or something beyond my means, he listened to what I had to say and what was important to me and pointed me to the Tournament Pro. Delivery was around 3 or 4 weeks from order and I had pushed that back by 1 week due to my own availability. I opted for the delivery and installation option. The delivery guys were friendly, the install was smooth and they tidied everything up after themselves. They also took the time to explain how to maintain the table and troubleshoot any problems. I would 100% recommend HomeLeisure Direct to anyone.

From the moment I walked in to check out Home Leisure's pool tables and Pinball machines, through to the table arriving and being constructed at my home, the customer service has been fantastic. I had a good idea of what I was looking for, Rob was very helpful, I played a couple of pool games, had a coffee, all my questions were answered and Rob had honest and reassuring advice on what would be suitable for my space. I went for the Signature McQueen Pool & Dining Table, there was a 4 month wait on it as it's a popular choice, but that was fine, the finance options are good, spread payments over 18 months, and don't start those payments until the table has arrived, been set up for you, and you're happy with it. To my delight the table was actually available for delivery in half that time, and I was able to choose a delivery day which suited me. I love the table it really fits in perfectly in the room. So happy with my purchase.
All the guys at home leisure direct have been brilliant from start to finish, spoke to Fred who advised me of all the tables they had in stock for Xmas delivery and from there I ordered my table, not the original colour I wanted but would have had a long wait, as it turns out my table in white with blue cloth looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier.. paid extra for the install and it’s def worth it given the effort the lads had to put in to building it and making sure it was level and in the right place in the room.. Seriously chuffed with my purchase and it will make Xmas dinner and evening entertainment lots of fun.. anyone thinking of buying a pool / dinning table do not hesitate to use these guys. Our new Marlowe shuffleboard table is fabulous! Great quality at a competitive price. A very easy process from start to finish. Charlie at Home Leisure Direct was friendly, efficient and so helpful from our very first enquiry through to payment and delivery. We received the game on time and the installation was slick and very efficient. Overall a great experience. Looking forward to many wonderful social events involving our super new shuffleboard game.
A superb company to deal with, first of all Sam was great with his initial advice on pool table selection, sizing and various finishes. Ordered a pool table with table tennis top and opted for the home delivery/installation option. Good comms from the company all the way through the process, knew exactly when the table was coming and was expertly delivered and installed by Howard & Dan, clean, tidy, very friendly and professional. I'd certainly recommend the company, the staff are great and the product itself is superb, I am really pleased with the table.
One of the best tables I have played on Website was very easy to use and simple to order Unfortunately the table I was after wasn't available from the supplier so after a quick phonecall an alternative was arranged. I ordered the table in Nov and it arrived at the beginning of Jan The delivery process was very good also as I could track the driver to see how far away they were. I was given a 2 hour window as an ETA and they arrived on time. I would highly recommend the installation service as the table is perfectly true with no run off. They explained how to adjust if needed once the table has settled. All in all perfect from start to finish
