I've been working with Agni for nearly three years for my depression and anxiety. I've done CBT before in other contexts, which helped me to navigate challenges in the present moment, but I felt ready to explore in more depth the interconnections between how I walk through life, my past experiences and present relationships. Agni has such a great ability to give space, listen and support you to take ownership of your own answers instead of spoon feeding you with advice. This one hour per week really was the opportunity for me to just make space for myself and to get into a state of 'deep reflection'. Agni's gentle approach really helped me to open up and to empower myself - I have a much more compassionate relationship with myself now, and in huge parts it's thanks to Agni's Thinking Hour. Being unwell is part of the human experience - committing to therapy is our choice of trying to becoming better.

I had the pleasure of working with Agni over the course of a few years when she guided me with patience, calmness and non judgement towards self discovery, acceptance and growth by exploring my background, childhood and past experiences and understanding how they all shaped me to be the person I am today. I have learnt so much about myself in my journey with Agni and I am very grateful to have worked with her. I wholeheartedly recommend working with Agni.

I was struggling to manage the stress of my high profile job and the anxiety of loosing it. Agni helped me to explore the underlying issues, beyond the obvious. It changed my life and outlook, thank you so much.
