Excellent service, very patient allowing me to try on several pairs of trainers and gave sensible advice on their use.
Had my gait completed here today with a new pair of shoes and staff were friendly and really helpful. The shoes already feel much better! They recommended a choice of supported pairs which I wouldn’t have thought to invest in before.
Had my gait analysis done today with Andy and he was fantastic. He was really friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. He explained everything clearly, and I’m really happy with the shoes I ended up buying. Definitely recommend seeing him!
I received great service her in the summer when looking for football boots so it seemed sensible to return when I needed a pair of trainers. I was served by the manager again and you simply don’t get service as good as this usually. He took the time to understand my requirements and to ensure that I had the right trainers in the right fit for my purposes. I would thoroughly recommend the store to anyone looking for sports equipment as the service is superb.
Not a particularly large range of items as the store is quite small, however the items that are sold look of good quality. Staff were helpful when I visited, one customer was asking a large series of questions and the staff were answering them all well. The store is joint with Rugby Heaven, with Moti occupying one of the corners.
The woman that assisted me at Moti in Cwmbran was lovely. She answered all my questions about the different brands of shoes, and helped me pick out the correct size. I have already recommended them to friends and family, and I can't wait to go for my next pair of running shoes.

As a very new runner, with pronating ankles, I knew that I would need good advice and help to find suitable shoes. And good advice and help is exactly what I got. Sian was knowledgable and patient, and with the help of the gait analysis, I left with supportive and comfortable footwear. I didn't think that the prices were extortionate, and I was happy to pay for personal service rather than take my chances shopping on-line. Thank you.
