   I have seen Gavin from Gcr Physiotherapy for a number of years for different issues starting with my knee injury and after my arthroscopy surgery to Sciatica and plantar fasciitis and he has always been experience and professional, respectful, polite. Identifying the problem and advising on solution to help remediate the pain whether this is knee exercises, ultrasound waves or Spinal Decompression, Massages. everytime I have seen Gavin within a few weeks the pain has lifted and has eased.

   Visited with plantar fasciitis and other issues which I’d had for almost a year. Gavin immediately identified the problem and knew how to solve it. After 5 weekly sessions I am back running again . Very happy customer, would definitely use again.

   After 2 months of muscle spasms in my thigh/hip pretty much every time I stood up or turned over in bed, I was struggling. Then my foot went numb and I’d reached a point where I was thinking about pain constantly and having to plan my life round it. A friend recommended I see Gavin and it was the best thing I could have done. Gavin recommended a course of acupuncture and even after the first session the improvement was dramatic. I had my last session 24 hours ago and haven’t had a twinge since. Gavin listened and understood what I was experiencing, and adjusted my treatment as I progressed. He is professional, friendly and determined to help you get better. If you need to see a physio you couldn't do any better than consult Gavin.

   What can I say, my experience with Gcr Physiotherapy did more for me than I expected. Gavin was attentive, and compassionate. I had my spine stretched to releive my lower back pain and sciatica, as well as acupuncture and found i was really surprised at the relief it has given. I would definitely recommend this practice Gavin helped me a lot. I will definitely be going back if I need to My husband has sciatica too andeven he will be using his service once he has had his MRI. Prices were also very reasonable and competitive. Thank you Gavin I won't be going to anyone else!

   Gavin was super helpful and could quickly spot my problem. He clearly explained to me what cause my injury and provide me treatment which did sooth my pain. I am continually doing the exercise that he taught me, my injured part has gone better and improved. I'd definitely recommend people to go to him if you are suffering any issue as he will help you fixing it. The most importantly is the cost is friendly and fair compared with any physios.

   Had a weirdest pain in my lower back for a few months. Eventually found Gavin who kindly accommodated me the next day. He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He found the pain to be joint related and he fixed it straight away. While I hope to not need a physio anytime soon, he is excellent and would happily recommend to anyone

   Firstly, have to say what a friendly, knowledgeable and professional person Gavin is. Not a question in relation to my injuries he couldn't give me a thoroughly detailed explanation for. I came to Gavin, with numerous knee and tendon issues in the hope he could get me through this years Edinburgh Marathon. On the back on no training and a lot of pain and the short time of just 5 sessions we had before the race he managed to get me fit and able to finish it. Would absolutely recommend Gavin to anyone. Brilliant.
