   Amazing care at the William Rous breast clinic. Incredible surgeon, fabulous support from the Macmillan nurse and all the Kingston staff there. We can criticise the nhs but when you really need it for cancer care, gosh it is so brilliant.

   I was terrified when I heard from my doctor that she suspected breast cancer and that I have to go to hospital for a mammogram, every single person in Sir William Rous unit were soooooo lovey and caring that from being terrified I went into a completely relaxed mood and I just want to say a big thank you to everyone from the ladies at the reception to the doctor, the lady who did my mammogram, everyone was amazing and I can’t thanks them enough.

   In the breast clinc, please create an electronic panel to display the waiting time for each patient. It’s important that we can see our expected wait times instead of just waiting to hear our names called. How many minutes / hours should we wait?

   I only came out Kingston Hospital last Tuesday after a two and half weeks in hospital with genitalia swelling and the care was was poor discharge was poor and food was boring the menu was the same week after after week and was not very appertising not fit for human consumption and I couldn't wait to get out of Kingston dump of a hospital their was no commucation between the doctors and occupational therapy and me I hate hospital's and I would never want to stay in hospital ever again
