This was a fantastic non-chain pizza shop with an amazing selection of choices. It has now changed owners and the quality has greatly gone down. The phone quoted price is always different to what the delivery driver asks for. Do be careful of your change when buying from here!
Ordered food from here a couple of times and it’s always been fantastic. Their deep pan pizza is incredible and tasty, chicken wings awesome — though not spicy as advertised, and garlic bread very good. The delivery is always quick ordering through Just Eats. Prices are very reasonable for the food and quality, and this is a takeout only spot.
Never had a meal delivered from this place on time. Atleast half hour late every time I have ordered, I have had to call up each time to ask where my food is. Never even a sorry when I call up, they just say yours is next. Poor customer service. Will be looking for an alternative take away which is such a shame because the food is good.
Having used pizza supreme for several years We were very dissapointed with tonights service. Cold pizza 1 hour 45 minute wait for a hour delivery. Squashed pizza. When phoned to raise concern told to f off by the manger as we had received a discount, this was only after a 10 minute discussion. Don't blame the driver as he was very professional! Customer service minus 100% Excuse being Just Eat site had issues... however we had called Supreme Pizza direct! Dissapointed that we can't add a photo . However I doubt this will reach the website anyway. Has the business changed hands?
Great pizza but terrible service! It's nearly always late but tonight I specifically ordered it for 7.30 (to be sure the kids would be in bed so I can enjoy my dinner in peace!) and it turned up at 6.50! Feels like the people at pizza supreme do not care about the customers needs, they just want to get the pizzas out at the time that best suits them. And the poor delivery man has to bear the brunt when he delivers the food. Its a shame the service is so poor when the pizza is so good.
Terrible experience. Ordered two pizzas. Turned up 20 minutes late. Manager was rude on phone and when asked how long it will be he then also hung up on us!! Won’t be ordering from here again.
