Dawn & Dan was so lovely. Food was amazing and service was brilliant. We visited for my daughters 19th birthday and they treat her very well and made her feel special
Attended today at lunchtime for the first time with my 11yro son who has autism. We were greeted with a smile by a young man called "Will.The restaurant is lovely! Its very clean and airy. The customer service is amazing. I like the way the staff cleaned tables immediately after customers vacate their tables. Our food was served piping hot which is crucial to me. The buffet display was immaculate! I'd like to mention that a staff member a woman called "Dawn" made conversation with both myself and my son and was incredibly kind to us both. Dawn took the time to assist my son with the drinks machine as well. Dawn and Will are Polite and friendlly. Will was very helpful and approachable.Dawn definitely made our dining experience memorable with her kind words and deserves a shout out. Will also gave kind words! A massive Thank-you to you both.
Lovely worker, Alicia, offered bottomless drinks on the house! Hospitality impeccable; food quick and everyone is friendly without being in your face and invasive. Thank you Pizza for your Hut! Never close this!!!!!! WE WONT LET THIS BE!
Alicia was amazing- she made sure we had sauces and anything we could want, also filled water for us. Amazing customer service!
After a morning of bowling and arcades. Family of 5 fancied a dessert. Thank you so much to Paige, Alicia and Georgie to making our afternoon very relaxed. We were all seated quickly, ordered very swiftly and enjoyed our desserts! The white chocolate and caramel cookie dough is always a 10/10.
My partner and I eat at PH fairly regularly ( at least 2-3x/month) and keep coming back to this branch because of the consistent above-and-beyond attitude of the staff. Manager, Dan, was particularly attentive and responsive to our tailored requests during todays visit and went out of his way to ensure a pizza not available on the buffet menu was made ( and made pefectly). I can't fault the management at all, and would offer an 11/10 for service, hygiene, quality of food etc, if it were possible. A very special thank you to Pizza Hut for employing people who care about their customers and the customer experience
Collected 2 Large pizzas last night around 10pm. They were absolutely disgusting, one tasted like it had been on a shelf for a week or so. Slight exaggeration, but only slight - it was stale, chewy and had the texture of cardboard. The chicken was dry and frankly tasted past its sell by date. If I spend £50 on pizza, I expect it to be edible - at a minimum. We threw it out.
Travelled 30 mins for a good buffet however they have taken a couple of pizzas off the buffet which limited us on what we could eat. Staff explained that a lot of food was going to waste and thrown away which is understandable to why they may have taken a couple of pizzas off the menu. However I suggest to bring all the pizzas back and maybe make less pizzas rather than just taking them off completely limiting your customers who are paying for the full service. A member of the team, Steve, took our request and made an extra pizza for us (cheese and onion) and brought a few slices to our table. He went above and beyond for customer satisfaction and we are grateful to him! Steve got you the four stars otherwise it would have been 3.
Popped in for my first visit to Pizza Hut in 3 years (thanks covid). They've moved to non-cash payment only, which wasn't a problem, and ordering by app - but as I was only after the buffet, that wasn't really an issue. I'd arrived pretty much at opening time, so there was a bit of a wait while they cooked the first batch, but the pizza was the usual standard when it came out and I was soon tucking in to a mix of fresh hot pizza slices. A nice relaxing meal in a clean, tidy, well maintained restaurant, with good disabled access. It's set on a retail park with nearby attractions like the bowling lanes, so I'd imagine parking can get crowded at peak times, but it was very easy on a Sunday lunchtime.
General experience was good, the food was hot and order was from made on the phone. Pizza Hut food taste always the same so you won't be supriced. And now the worse. Men's toiles is absolutely joke. In my opinion any restaurant should be shut for poor hygiene,period.
