   I am writing to you because I am a frequent customer and a genuine fan of your establishment. However, while I love your product, I am compelled to report a recurring issue with your customer service that is causing me to reconsider returning. For the third time now, I have had a very negative experience with a specific staff member (the gentleman with a beard and has a aggressive tone 6ft). On all three occasions, his demeanor has been aggressive, and his tone has been unnecessarily rude. He does not speak to customers politely, and his hostility makes the experience very uncomfortable. I believe in your business, but I cannot continue to support an establishment where I am treated with disrespect. I request that you look into this staff member's behavior and take the necessary action

   Horrible experience from Torino for the first time.. I am a regular customer… today I felt sick and ordered food from there online like home delivery.. the food I ordered was 12 pound I didn’t knew it was cash on delivery..but when he came I had 11 pound as cash with me.. he was sooo rude and took the food away.. then he called me again and said his manager said it’s ok take 11 pounds but I told him no I don’t want it bcz you talked to me so badly and rude he said you are so bad and if you want food for free go to charity shop!!! Seriously????? What the hell!!!!

   I used to love this place until this happened! The staff were too busy chatting with each other, and the guy who served me had headphones in and was on a call, so he couldn’t even hear what I was saying. Absolutely terrible — they completely burnt the half peri-peri chicken! And guess what? They even burnt the takeaway box too!

The service is quick, the staff are friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. A great place in Coventry for anyone craving delicious fast food!”

   Quality fresh food my usual is some times chicken doner in nan with salad or chips and a drink delicious, the chicken doner is too much for one person. So I have to order another nan or eat it with the fork believe it or not it fills you up.

   Out of 2 pizzas that I ordered, they prepared only one pizza and another one got prepared after 20 minutes which meant first pizza was sitting there on top of hot Owen and got harder, useless. They didn’t pay proper attention to the order content. I’m not at all satisfied, Hence only one star for today.

   Don’t let the dodgy, all-in-one junk food selection looks fool you, for Torino is truly an exception of its kind in the fast food industry. A huge selection of international dishes, ranging from middle eastern street cuisine to ever beloved Italian pizza welcomes you, dwarfing the average range of plates you’ll find in places of a similar guise and ensuring that there is something for everyone here. A haphazard ordering system is the only thing separating you from delicious dishes such as Chicken Doner, which is the one I opted for. You can tell by the look of the meat that it was prepared in store, with adequate and aromatic accoutrements sitting on top of the doner roll for added flavor, and eye catching seasoning all throughout the chicken meat, which is later shaved into irregular chunks that provide crispiness and juiciness alike. This is surely no frozen mystery meat! The added naan, salad and garlic sauces were all phenomenal and had a refreshing kick to them. The fries, which I ordered on the side, almost shattered my teeth due to their extreme, delicious crispiness. All of this for a mere fiver. I’m sure Winston Churchill today would be proud to know his face is printed on the perfect medium of exchange that we use to pay for such an international and well prepared dish. I’m no Michelin Star inspector, but as they would put it, Torino is certainly “Worth a stop”. I’m not giving five stars because, at the end of the day, this is fast food, but I’m sure you get what I mean.

   I have paid much more for the delicious pizza I had from Torino's. Large half vegetarian, half vegetarian hot. £6.50! How do they do it? Pleasant and helpful staff. This establishment which has been around for donkeys ( figure of speech, meaning, been around for a long time and has no connection with donkeys). Excellent value for money and quality. I would highly recommend.
