   Lovely place! Went there in my birthday with my family, and everything was amazing! The pizza was delicious. There was a brunette with curly hair was very attentive to us and offered great customer service, made our night extra special!

   So the pizzas were gorgeous. Freshly prepared, great crust. But that's where it ends. Service was atrocious. They made mistakes, were running around like headless chickens, and were not knowledgeable. It was very busy and it became so loud you couldn't understand your seat neighbour. The staff was overwhelmed, and the manager was not helping but just looking on. Overall we left with our belly's full and our ears ringing

   Went here after a busy day, heard great things about this place. Thought I'd try it with my colleague. Was really looking forward to it as the menu seemed quite appealing. Sadly this didn't last long when I got the food. The portion size was actually very small, had I know I would've opted for the larger one. Even my colleague (who's been there before) stated that it doesn't look right, there was hardly any sauce or cheese on the pizza and the pizza was quite small. What I thought was cheese initially was actually toppings and the sauce was mainly on the crust, the centre didn't have enough, but the little I did have it did taste good, such a shame it was throughout the entire pizza. Had halloumi bites on the side which were extremely greasy (us I know it's cheese and deep fried) but this was very greasy you could see the collation of liquid at the bottom, some pieces were so small it was just crumbs, really disappointed with these, massive avoid on this item. Overall spent about £20 pp but we're still left hungry, my colleague stated their regular branch isn't like this. Maybe something needs changing, had it been busy I could've understood. But there wasn't any rush only a few tables. They offer toilet facilities which are clean, which is good. Would I return: maybe, I might give this place another chance. Would I reorder what I had, possibly not, but I might order it again to see if anything has changed or if it's actually that way all the time.

   The food is delicious, the service is wonderful, even when it's extremely busy, everyone is doing amazing at getting food out when it's hot, checking on food being cooked and sent out in time and giving warnings to customers about how long food may take. The atmosphere is lively and party-like when full while being calming and relaxing when it is less busy. An amazing place to eat. Book in advance to be sure there is seating ready for you.

   The pizzas here are delicious. I absolutely loved it. Went there for my 18th birthday with a few friends. There was a 17 year old waitress that worked there at the time and she was great. Absolute delight to talk to and really helpful. Their homemade beers are really good as well.

   Just taken 120 staff on a corporate evening to Pizza express. I don’t usually write reviews, however wanted to say “from the moment I contacted the manager Danny i realised we had made the right choice” The personal service he gave would make any establishment envious and proud, he was tentative to our every needs and accommodating in every way. The staff serving and cooking for for us couldn’t be more helpful and the quality was excellent Thanks Danny and team for making our evening memorable. Gordon

   Delicious food, amazing staff, and nice view to the lake. The waiter was so pleasant and professional, and always showing a smile despite the fast paced environment. Definitely recommend it!

   Honestly, I love pizza express now. I have been to two of their branches. Service and food was just fantastic. The only negative point was for some reason they did not want us to sit outside. Maybe they had a rule of some sort. But regardless everything was great! Update: I went again, as always the food was so good and it got served to us pretty quickly.
