   ordered a Mega Meal today, but unfortunately, what I received wasn’t complete. The fries portion was very small, and the meal looked nothing like what’s normally served. I’ve attached pictures for reference. We’re regular customers, but lately, the quality and service have really gone down. Please look into this and make sure customers receive what they pay for. Will never visit this restaurant again

   My wife ordered food.They put hot chicken rice on a plastic serving tray which was totally unhygienic. and its like food was free to eat. They got food poisoning after having food.

   Terrible customer service, terrible!!! Ordered twice, both occasions mistaken item/missing item. Food is terribly inconsistent. Avoid delivery, maybe pick up will be better but I will just avoid it personally.

   Have ordered from there before, definitely the worst experience, wrong food, deliver 1 hour and 15 mints to deliver to me when I'm half a mile away, food is absolutely cold. I'm only putting review on here because every time I have tried to voice a complaint before the man becomes extremely rude and threatening.

   Ordered a couple times and food and service is usually good. Today 3:23pm 1st December not sure who’s working there on the phone but has they have terrible customer service. I was asking for help on how to order on their website because it doesn’t state how many pieces of chicken there is and there’s so many options I wanted to clarify I order the correct one, since I’ve ordered incorrectly in the past(because of the poor website info). However after being hung up on mid conversation three times saying he’s too busy to help me and that it says on the website(which is doesn’t) and hanging up he has lost my business and I was a regular customer. Please be kinder to your customers.

   Not great food, always arrives cold and chips always happen to stale. Donner had an odd smell and felt Ill after eating it. I’m not one to leave reviews but genuinely disappointed. Take your business elsewhere- even if it means paying more

   By far one of the worst places i've ordered from. This is my 2nd time ordering from here. I ordered: 1/2 peri chicken with fries(£6.50)- Chicken was ok nothing special but the fries portion was shocking Chicken burger meal- Chicken piece was very thin and crispy. Again portion size of the fries was shocking Special donor and fries- Very little donor most of it was peppers, onions ,,cucumbers and tomatoes. Special donor nan- nan was very chewy and donor like I mentioned above They also didn't provide coleslaw and chilli sauce tubs. I called up to complain about the portion size as I hadn't tasted the food at that stage but customer service was awful, the lady on the phone was rude and said this is the normal portion size. Avoid this place!!! I will never return to this place
