   We had a fantastic family meal here the food was absolutely superb, with generous portions and great flavour. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. If you’re looking for delicious food, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service, you won’t be disappointed.

   If you like big portions of scrumptious food then you’ll like it here. Great gluten free options and a good menu. Burgers are very large! Great service and lovely garden in the summer.

   My husband and I had dinner and camped in our VW camper overnight, in their wonderful car park. The view was to die for, with deer grazing in the fields beyond. Simon and Becky were excellent hosts, providing a warm welcome and excellent service. We had an evening meal, which was very good value for money, in their comfy lounge area. Next day we enjoyed a full English Breakfast on their beautiful patio. We would highly recommend, having the facility for a camper van park up was a perfect bonus. The village is very sleepy and quiet, but definitely worth a little walk around.

   Overall our experience here was good. The food was better than your average chain pub but not quite the 'gastropub' quality we had hoped for. Nonetheless it was pleasant and there was good variety on the menu. Service was efficient and the surroundings are nice enough. There's a separate kids menu and they had a couple of vegan and gluten-free options available. There were a couple of nice ales on tap too. One minir point- the fish and chips included fish with the skin left on which I don't like but I realise this is personal preference.

   Really Great pub. You can find good parking just outside. The pub is surrounded by lovely views on the sides. Inside the pub is furnished like a bistro pub with wooden beams highlighting the cottage feel. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the food was excellent!! Lots of outside space and seating done of which is covered from the elements. Further down there are benches under a beautiful willow tree.

   Came here for a last minute Sunday dinner - sat outside and garden was great for the children to run around in. Waitress was lovely, prompt and friendly. Sunday lunch was a good size and delicious. Pudding was decent too.

   We had a pleasant Sunday lunch here but feel it could easily have been better. The roast beef was a little "strange", two thin slices but almost steak like. Also a bit more carrot and a parsnip bigger than 2cm would have been appreciated. All was well cooked and the service was very prompt and attentive by the friendly waitresses. I thought £17 per head was expensive for what we had but that's true for most pubs in the area. Unfortunately there was nothing on the dessert menu that tempted us.

   My friend and I came here a few days ago while we were staying in Warwickshire and the food was delicious! We shared a melted Camenbert with garlic and toasted focaccia and red onion chutney and then I had the Pork belly with stuffing inside for my main, while my friend had the Chicken in a creamy sauce and we both loved our food ❤ Some of the tastiest food I've ever had! Lovely decor and friendly staff too.
