I’ve been getting the paneer wrap from here for almost 2 years and it’s always fire, consistently good and service is always great!
Has to be the worst takeaway I have ever ordered. Every item we received was stale and tasteless. Spicy rice came plain, solid, and completely dry. Donner and chicken wrap was grey in colour, completely dry with no sauce or flavour whatsoever. Chicken wrap came with brown lettuce which was completely out of date and the wrap overall was tasteless. Cheesey chips came as a solid slab of dry chips held together by cheese, was absolutely vile and stale The whole meal went straight into the bin, would definitely not recommend
Yesterday I bought pizza, chicken and rice, fries, and a shake. The pizza was very bad. However, the shake was good
The other night, I ordered two masala fish for dinner, a dish I've enjoyed throughout my life. Unfortunately, the restaurant used frozen fish from Lidl to prepare the masala, which was quite disappointing. When I called the restaurant to voice my concerns, I spoke to a manager who struggled to communicate effectively. He merely told me to either deal with Just Eat or wait for the owner to come and resolve the issue, which I found very unprofessional. Additionally, the salad that accompanied the meal was quite lacking, as the lettuce barely amounted to a complete salad, which you can see in the picture I took. Overall, my advice would be to avoid this restaurant, as it felt like a waste of money and certainly put a damper on my mood with the quality of the food.
Worst food I've ever ordered out and I'm not exaggerating. I dont usually write reviews, good or bad but this one needed addressing. Chicken pieces disgustingly overcooked, dry as bone, the chicken 'pieces' are more bone than meat, one piece was mostly ribcage with a chunk of inedible dry chicken breast attached. The batter was nice which only made it more unfortunate. The onion rings were fine, nothing special but edible but ruining chicken that bad is a skill in and of itself. Absolutely vile. Never ordering from here again!
If I could give a zero start I would have, the staff was very rude and unprofessional. I place an order at 5:25 for 6:15 collection. When I went there the order was not ready at all and the staff or the owner approached me with attitude and didn’t even apologized. Plus they were trying to overcharge me. Very poor service
Very poor indeed. Waited 1 hour. Spent £16 for a cold soggy pizza, 4 cold hard mozzarella sticks and a tub of ice cream which had melted. First and last time I will use this place. I phoned them to complain but they just blamed just eat. They don't seem to be worried about there customers just money. Will put the word around how bad roasty's peri peri is.
