I ordered for collection and the food was ready within 20 minutes. The kebab was great, full of flavour. The chicken burger was good too. However, the pizza was extremely thin and was cold by the time I walked the 5 minutes back. The chips were soggy and undercooked.
I ordered on their website. Had to wait 15 to accept my order. No joy. Then called them, they said order has been accepted. They will deliver. After another 90mins got text from them that they can't deliver because my house is too far away. My house is 1.2 miles away. Beware. If they had any problems they could tell me first and I would order from different place. Lost time and waiting for refund 3 to 5 days.
Had from here a few times recently and I have to say it's always lovely! The pizzas are perfect, garlic dough balls are beaut too. my wife enjoys the shwarma from there too,always plenty of meat and salad. Bonus points for bagging up the drinks separately.

Visited this Pizzeria on 30/04/2022. Asked for a 16’’ Margarita. While waiting we used the bathrooms, both the male and female toilets had no toilet roll and were filthy. After over 20 minutes the pizza came but they gave us a pepperoni instead of a margarita. We pointed this out only to be told we had definitely ordered a pepperoni. We replied that we hadn’t because I am a vegeterian and we remember exactly what we ordered. Bare in mind this was 12pm on a Friday but we were completely sober, it felt like they were trying to take advantage of us. They didn’t apologise but said they’d bring the correct pizza. 5 minutes later they brought us a ‘margarita’ which clearly had indents in the same place where the pepperoni had been. I can understand making a mistake but they were blatantly lying to us and this is unacceptable. If you have any allergy I wouldn’t trust this place as they are clearly happy to lie to your face about what is in your meal.
This place is going down hill used to be my favourite place to eat. Lately every order has got worse and worse tonight ive waited 2 hours for my order to be delivered the order was incorrect barely warm and when ive called the restaurant they basically said it was my fault. im sorry if your order a kebab you'd probably expect some bread not a tray of meat when there website doesnt give the option for pitta or naan.
We ordered online, food arrived within 30 mins but with food missing. (the item in question was a free second meal I might add, but that was the reason we decided on here) The restaurant claimed the driver had dropped this by accident and not informed them, we accepted this and asked how long it would be as only one if us would now be eating. They said the remainder of our meal would be with us within 30 mins. An hour later I call back to find out where our order is. The mobile number kept ringing out to multiple answerphone messages. I had to Google alternate numbers to find the landline where someone picked up. The food hadn't been made still so would be another 30 mins. I do worry if it would have been delivered at all if I hadn't have called. It arrived finally and the food is to a good standard, the wings are tasty and the shawarma is delicious. The cake to say sorry was a nice touch. But honestly we just wanted our meal.
