Lovely food and cooked fresh from the start but we waited over an hour for our food. Two filled paninis and a bowl of fries shouldn't take that long. Some people left after ordering realising how long a wait it would be. Despite the long wait the tables filled up within seconds of becoming vacant. Felt sorry for the waiter apologising to everyone for the wait. I experienced no delay when trying to pay the bill though........

I ordered some takeaway pasta which is the best pasta I’ve had in a very long time. The staff were efficient and courteous. It did take about 10-15 mins for them to get the pasta ready but since it was prepared fresh then it’s worth the wait. Would definitely call again

Can't comment on the food as I ended up walking away. Waited about 5 minutes at the bar before someone eventually told me to sit at a table and wait to make an order. I waited about 10 minutes during which time I noticed the staff were only just now taking orders of people around me who had clearly been waiting a long time. Staff didn't acknowledge me as I left. Bizarre that they were struggling on a quiet weekday lunchtime.

Not a very warm welcome at all, slow service even though there were three staff on and approx. 6 customers including us. Were not greeted and generally made to feel like we were not welcome at all. Food was poor, carbonara lacked in flavour and the pancetta was burnt to a crisp and sprinkled sparingly on the bruschetta. I will always mention if there is a problem with the food, however no one once came to check and the member of staff didn't ask how the food was when he came over with card machine. Lack of good customer service and friendlyness, which is not a lot to ask for. overall would not recommend and not visit again.
